I’ve been playing on virgin bet for a couple of years now and it was pretty much the only site I used. I recommended it to everyone and loved everything about it. The daily free game, fives and the slots all used to be so much fun but then it all suddenly changed a few months back. The daily free game is hardly worth playing anymore. Fives is also free to play but it’s really not worth the effort anymore. Sometimes I had good wins on the slots and sometimes I lost money too but either way I always had fun on virgin bet but like I said, it all suddenly changed a few months back. I don’t deposit nowhere near as much on virgin bet anymore because it’s nearly always dead spins so now I go elsewhere instead. I’ll keep my account for a couple more months to see how it goes but if it stays as it is now I’ll delete it because all I’m doing on virgin bet is losing money. I’m not a sore loser as I understand what gambling is all about. I’m just fed up with virgin bet because the site is really boring now because of how poor it has become. Looks like Virgin bet are going to start losing customers if things don’t change. Also….ANAXI….. hmmmmm anyone else notice the change on virgin bet since anaxi appeared?

Absolutely terrible app, don’t recommend what so ever I made a account 1 hour ago deposited money into the account went to place a bet wouldn’t let me place the bet so I reset my app, tried to sign into my account it’s says my details are incorrect which they definitely arnt so then I thought okay reset my password and it won’t even let me do that so pretty much just took my money and now won’t let me access my account, never had a problem with any other betting app like this so stay far away!!!!

I’ve been with virgin bet from the very begining and in all honesty it had been absolutely fantastic, I’d had some amazing wins, I had times where I had no wins small bonuses but it never lasted long, the site was fair. I only play slots, but since February it’s been awful, rtp low constant dead spins very small bonus wins if you ever do win, it’s such a shame this was my go to casino but it takes the joy out of playing with constant dead spins. I’ve always come back and left fair reviews because people often write out of one experience. I do love vb the deposit is easy withdrawal very fast, and I love the tournaments, I was going to leave but I’m hoping things may improve,If so I will happily change my review. It would be good to introduce customer loyalty promotions for long standing customers. The app has still got tech issues which I hope you will fix. I’ve left 3 stars because I do love this site and I hope it goes back to being the site it once was.

Asked for self exclusion from casino section. Told I can’t just block 1 part of the site, it’s all or nothing. So I asked to permanently delete my account. Told I can’t do that it’s a maximum of 5 years self exclusion. Supposed to be a responsible provider. Shambles of a company

Constant dead spins, I’ve been playing Secrets of the Phoenix and at one point I lost over 50 spins in a row. My account was closed on the 14th may because player protection was concerned that I took time outs. Their representative couldn’t add up and didn’t know the basic rules of horse racing.As I had an account balance I asked for it to be transferred to my bank account. No worries they said.On Friday the 17th I put in another request to get it transferred. They replied please allow up to 5 days and we are sorting it out now.On Tuesday 21st I again requested . Reply was you asked us on the 17th please wait.Wednesday morning at 2:10 am we have now refunded please allow up to 3 days.Compulsive liars and poorly trained staff.In 50 odd years of gambling this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.Cheers Bob

Virgin Bet has problems to handle my withdrawal request and suspended my account for no reason. I used the same card to deposit and withdraw. I really like the site and the customer support. I’m a long time and consistent player, but I’m really disappointed with the games over the last 4 months. I play the same game, and it’s usually a mixed bag of results as you’d expect, but the last 4 months it’s been the same repetitive losing combinations one after the other. I don’t mind losing, it’s part of the game, but the same types of outcomes over and over has really changed my perception of the site. As I said, this is 4 months of play and not a knee-jerk reaction to one bad session. I’ve been left disappointed with the sudden shift of RTP, and I’m considering swapping operators as a result. Overall, good site, good support, but this is an honest review based on a genuine experience.

Horrendous slots! Nearly £2000 put on their slots. Ranging from 20 pence spins to £2.50 spins. This is a total honest review. Must of played more than 50 slots on this joke of a site. I have all the screenshots to prove it and guess what if you say anything to them they decide to freeze your account. Been back playing several of the same slots, day after day so it definitely tells me something is not right with their set up. Maybe some in-house fixing of the outcome. Anyone reading these reviews let me tell you this. I would have given Virginbet 5 stars too when I was using the site. The promotions were really good, I liked the app. But the reality is that this is not a 5 star site, they are a terrible betting company who only target losers. If you bet on sports and are half decent and breaking even or making any profit they will restrict your account very quickly and you won’t be allowed to take part in promotions. I know myself and of two friends who had the email saying you’re basically banned from using the site. So maybe you think they are 5 star but do you really want to bet with a company that will not allow you to win? Do they deserve to have your money if you lose long term? Virginbet are the worst betting company out there, they monitor every single user and only want to retain the ones who lose.

Bet ID: 638494945206987196I placed a bet with them last night on the Arsenal v Chelsea game that should be paid out, but they are saying that the woodwork wasn’t hit. I saw Jackson hit the post in the 25th minute. I’ve also since looked at several text commentaries that also mention it. There is no obvious way to raise an objection on the app, so I suppose it’s goodbye £140 that should be in my account.

General Site and offers really really good.Delay time after depositing is unjustifiably bad and causes extremely frustrating problems.Deposit prior to race, see the race go off as your money isn’t cleared to balance. Watch the selection win whilst your deposited money sits there once race is off. Especially bad as no in running bets. That isn’t a standard expectation across online bookmakers but near instant clearance of deposited funds is on EVERY single site I’ve ever used going back over 10 years. Hi Everyone I’ve been at this game for to many years I cancare to remember, I don’t play casino or games just sports betting and will give an honest assessment The bonus free bets are probably better than some , you can get free bets playing a quiz , goals for money ( very poor usually ) and they have bet and get a free bet etc but that’s the only fee bets they give , withdrawal is usually between 15 mins to a few hours 8 hours is usually the latest so is pretty good but most of the top bookmakers withdrawals are usually between 30 mins to 8 hours , this as really improved all round .A massive chance for sports betting customers is cash out but I’m afraid Virgin bet is one of the worst for this , cash out gives you a change during the match/game to cash out your bet it may be a profit or loss , My last 10 bets on football , rugby and cricket i only had this option twice , Cash out can be suspended etc due to the goals scored or other things happening in the match . In my particular examples I never had the option at any time to cash out it was never available and these were high profile games so it was 20% were cash out was offered, well below bet365 , sports888 and William hill just to name 3 competitors So if you are a serious sports betting punter I would go elsewhere , I’m sure the Virgin bet team will reply this is a added option and not always available and can be suspended at any times due to things changing all the time in matches I agree but my examples it was never offered as a cash out to start with . In essence you just have to take the chance that they are doing cash out , in my case it was only available only 2 times out of the 10 games I recently recorded So in conclusion there are better on line bookmakers out there if you look round and check Have a good evening everyone Stewie

Won’t win once you withdrawI play reel lucky megaways on this site, a game i play on multiple sites so i know when it’s playing abnormally. They say they have no input on the desired outcome of a spin, however i know this to be a lie. If you win on this site once and withdraw you will not win again.
