First time attempting a withdrawal requires id. Fair enough there are regulations but happy to let you deposit and play. Oh and account totally frozen out until you do. Problem is they require you to send sensitive id (passport / driving license) over email. No other option. Very unsecure method for such id to be sent. Agents totally unwilling to engage on the issue and give robot responses. Still waiting for a solution. Their own terms state data over internet is not secure and it’s at your risk! Joke. Will be filing a complaint with their regulator and the ico.

Very professional company who seem to go out their way to help customers with certain questions ect. Would love you as a company to look into following other big firms who pay out 2 clear goals on football and possible give customers the extra time chance when the rugby union and league ends in a draw after 80min. One more thing is the in play markets on horse racing seems to be the in thing as well know these days. Anyway just my thoughts but carry on what you’re actually doing cause I’d give you a definite 9-10. Well done 👍

I love the speed and clarity of presentation of Virgin Bet. No clutter like some of the rivals. It seems light years ahead of the likes of Ladbrokes and Coral. Withdrawals are fast too. Overall a very professional, user-friendly set-up. Highly recommend. Edit: I forgot to mention the generous free bets offered by Virgin Bet. I have taken up this offer several times (ie bet £10 and get a £5 free bet) and I think this is absolutely fantastic. You can win, but once you withdraw you won’t win for a long time.They have the generic response of ‘every spin is random, they have no control over the outcome etc’ I believe this to be false, and here’s why: if you win money in this site, which i know you can, You then won’t win until you’ve re deposited at least nearly double your withdrawal amount. How would this always be the case if they have no input on the outcome?

You have access to a lot of stats while you’re betting which helps to make informed decisions. The software is slick and responsive with very few clog ups. Promotions are also good and on par with the competition. Overall a very good platform to have your drible at gambling. I’m missing the poker on this site but I hope it might come back at one point but it’s thumbs up for me 👍

Utter cowboysGot my attention to use their site with a “free bet if your horse loses” promo. I did the offer, placed the bet (which lost) yet no free bet came in. When I contacted them, they tried to say for weeks that I wasn’t eligible for the promo. My argument is that they offered it to me (why if I’m not eligible), they let me place it (without telling me I was ineligible) then refused to give the free bet. I have not let this go and ultimately got my way but it took forever and lots of robotic unhelpful responses. My advice to anybody considering using these people – Run a Mile !!!***typical robotic response. Maybe stop advertising promotions if they are not available?

Programmers need to improve the look and simplicity of the site it’s too busy. Need to mimic the best of William hill and Ladbrokes/365. Colour schemes not striking enough more free games to draw punters on to the site. Otherwise your getting there !!!!

May I suggest when placing a bet that if your horse is a non runner your bet goes on the favourite if you so wish. This would be beneficial to you and to the punter.This can be done in the betting shops on the betting slips in the special instructions box.When you’re doing multiple bets I think it is important. Worth a thought.

Opened an account, placed 3 bets. 1 of which was a promo, (free bet) Got lucky and won big on the free bet. 2 days later got an email saying my account was restricted (with no explanation) So only join up if you lose, if you dare to win they wont like it and take quick action

Takes too long between deposits and credit hitting your account. Should be able to deposited and place a bet at the same time in one action. The odds aren’t as good as other bookies which really shows when placing an accumulator. Inplay options need improvement and more markets to really be as competitive as Bet365 or skybet. Options on build a are too limited. The good is the free bets are good when placing 2 accumulators and the fives each week are good.

Received an email today to say I will . I do not bet much money, but do like to have a bet, specially at weekends or on special events and often look for offers, deals and odds.Having grown up with a family of gamblers, some who couldn’t control their gambling and a I tight fisted dad, who would make a regular yearly profit from gambling. Who taught me to work out a bet from a young age. I modelled myself of my dad, so make regular monthly profit from gambling and have some fun too. As mentioned I do not bet a lot, so a good bookmaker should always be able to cover the bet. Now the free games I do occasionally, but they are not great games. You only really win about 50p in a blue moon, (but they are free, 50p could make a different to some people.) I do not understand why they would block anyone on them. Unless the bookmaker is finding they are making a big loss. I have given 3 stars because prior to receiving the email, I would have given them 5 stars for the weekend offers.

Virgin bet last night robbed me blind! I had a £10 8 fold that should have returned £1850 6 of the teams won leaving the last 2 games to go! Both teams were winning in the 1st half hour, giving a cash out of £340 in the 38th minute the cash out disappeared! For the full half time & 2nd half no cash out! 84 mins and one of my games went from 2 nil up to 2-2 then in injury time they went 3-2 down and the cash out came back at £0.90! Absolutely shocking tbh! I’m not a sore loser but when you are blatantly cheated it’s hard not to feel pissed! Anyways closed my account and never again will I ever use virgin bet! It’s not the 1st time it’s happened but this was the most blatant!
