Virgin Bet Review

As a new customer to virgin bet, i have now left and closed the account. I put a bet on a race which I was watching live. I then returned to another page and then went back to watch the race, until I was then faced with a black screen and been told ive exteeded my attempts at watching it? So i never got to see the bet i placed money on. Virgin bet wouldnt even compensate me the small 5 pounds i put on it for the site error and stress caused. gambling not worth the hassle.

Seem to be biased against disabled retired people, you decided I can’t afford to bet and decided to limit my account, I at home all day and having a flutter be it on horses, football, bingo or anything I want to bet on is the only thing I look forward too

Rubbish „bookmaker” who just restricts account which are profitable. Forget that you’ll earn any money here. Just greedy company who will take your money. And their marketing BS that decision has been made after „careful consideration” is even more annoying. Avoid at all cost this one, very bad experience. I recently joined Virgin bet and I started with a few bets. They took the bets and then when I tried to withdraw my winnings they put me through a verification process. They then decided that I could not continue the account due to self exclusion which is fair enough! However they have refused to refund deposited money and most importantly my balance of £1900 which they have decided to keep! I understand that being self included they have to suspend my account until the period is over but they cannot make money off me and keep my winnings!!!

Virgin closed my account after they took money out my bank and I disputed it with the bank. Once the bank explained that they’d accidentally given me money then took it back I was fine. HOWEVER. the next day, afternoon, Virgin decided to close my account without even telling me. I’d been playing the weekly FIVES game, and knew at least 1 of my players had scored. I should get £20 per goal. Shock horror, because they closed my account I’ve now been told I won’t get my deserved winnings? Interesting that is seeing as I’d already entered and was playing at the beginning of the week. The customer service is shocking, never been spoken to like dirt by a company before, none of the advisors want to help. Just making life INCREDIBLY difficult for me, I just want me deserved winnings. If anyone knows of the correct agencies to contact to report I’d be greatful.

I wouldnt give these any stars ,i txt a mate today who lives in another part of the country to get me £20ew on LIGHTED GLORY in 3.15 cagnes around the 16/1 mark,He txt back virginbet wont take a bet on it,so i told him to withdraw whats in account,the horse won at 8/1,He got me on with another firm…THESE NEED LICENCE REVOKING AND CLOSING DOWN BY THE GAMBLING COMMISSION, WHEN THEY FINALLY GROW A PAIR

I had played quite heavily for a few days and lost about 3k. Virgin bet decided to close my account. They did not inform me of this. I only discovered it when I couldn’t log in so contacted them to enquire.The timing of the closure was, at best, highly suspicious. It was the day before I could launch their Search for the Phoenix monthly game. From experience, due to the amount I had played on virgin bet that month, I would probably have been given well in excess of £100 on this. Not a vast amount I know, but something to compensate me a little for my losses.It is concerning that Virgin bet did not close my account when I was playing heavily but had money in my balance. Instead they waited until the balance was negligible then closed it. As I said, highly suspicious at best.*I did what the reply suggested and contacted virgin bet support, but predictably they didn’t bother to respond!

Virgin Bet know that people use other people’s email addresses fraudulently to take advantage of welcome offers. Despite this, Virgin Bet do not bother to use email verification which will quickly solve this issue. When I requested that Virgin Bet remove my personal data, they refused to say when it would be done by and were quite rude.

It seems to takes ages for money once deposited to actually get into your account. It may be only a minute or more but thats a long time when it comes to betting. Also quite long winded in making deposits.Bets also take along time to be settled compared with other sites.On positive note they are very quick when it comes to making withdrawals

Very disappointing service and support from Virgin Bet. I’m assuming their Chat function for Customer Service Support is outsourced as Advisor “Dan F” had no knowledge, direction or information to help resolve my query. The whole process was long, frustrating and riddled with technical issues and disconnections.Transactional Questions asked to get through security meant you had to check account first which meant you lost place in long queue and navigating away automatically disconnects chat.Very poor all round product, service and customer loyalty that means I will carefully consider closing my account and using a better competitor.

Have been using virgin bet for a while. Easy to use and funds always returned quickly. The reason for giving 1 star is because they closed my account without any notice and could not give me a reason as to why. Also would not give me the opportunity to discuss with someone ‘knowledgeable’ about my account closure.I have not breached any terms, I use my own details, my own card and have a small deposit limit in place.

Virgin bet use the same odds but their 2 goals over means 3 goals.Odds are awful.Selection of markets awful. Huge con.Others have far better odds, offers and clarity.Avoid.Edit: review below shows what dactyl what they’re about. Why change when using a betbuilder? To confuse the customer.

They blocked me once my bet won and I withdrew the money. Of course, they give excuses like we need to check your id. What were you doing before I put the deposit? Suddenly you wanted to check my ID once my bet won?
