Stay as far away from these crooks as possible. Finally won some money and they would not let me withdraw it. They requested all my bank information (which should have been a red flag. But stupid me gave it to them hoping to get my winnings. They screwed me around for days. Saying the information wasn’t accurate. They promised to push it up the later. They never responded to anything I tried. Lots of empty promises and no winnings. Finally today I went in and changed all my banking information because they are a bunch of crooks that I’m sure they would have sold it to a third party. Then I went back on their site and purposely lost the winnings I had and proceeded to tell them what I thought of them. They immediately banned me. Like I care. Im very surprised about the negative feedback, my experience has been exceptional. The RTP’s are lower than some site and the VIP bonuses are pretty average with 35x wagers on them. Personally I never accept any of the bonus deposit offers etc too much risk in not following T&C on wagering.People need to read T&C for verifying accounts, over time you will need photo’s of drivers licence, bank statements, Birth certificate or passport, proof of address. First of all you will lose and even if you do win they will force you to provide a barrage of documents to allegedly verify who you are , your bam statements, and many other documents just to have your funds processed. I was playing slots, and the amount of credits displayed in the game was $2011 but on the Wildz surround or site it only showed $20.35.I took screenshots of this and the support staff were not helpful at all, the tactics of trying to avoid the issue started immediately! Asking me to tell them where in my gaming history things were! Yet they have total access to my gaming and spin history! They wanted me to change browsers to chrome which actually was more delayed and showed different $ values on their site than what I had in the game itself! They suddenly took away my deposit bonus after I had bought it, and restricted my account. This because I appearantly had breached their rules. I have played online casinos since 2016, and never done anything different this time. I took contact with support to get an explanation what I possibly could have done, but they couldnt give me any reason because this was a «metric» in the system. Extremely difficult to process a withdrawal. I scanned the header information from my bank statement, provided a pdf of a void cheque confirming bank details and provided support for my deposit transfer to them. Only to be informed that scanned documents are not accepted. That’s odd as every other gaming site that I deal with accepts scanned documents. I then took a picture of my bank statement header confirming name and account #. I refuse to send a screenshot as my bank balance and transactions would be disclosed. I told them to keep my money and close my account.

I have only good things to say about WILDZ casino. I mad my first deposit roughly a month ago and won $1500 in that session. Once I withdrew I had to verify which included me having to send in a colour printed copy of my bank statement. I was verified in less than 24 hours and also received my money I. That time. I have been unable to get my withdrawal winnings out for weeks. It is obvious they are just delay tactics in the hopes the won’t have to payout my winnings of 840$. The ask for the same verification multiple times despite already having it plus come up with ridiculous reasons such as to light of print, or numbers were wrong. I used chatGPT to learn what I can do. Chat gave me all kinds of regulator bodies to involve and complain to such as Consumer Protection Agency, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority; the Malta Gaming Authority; i Gaming of Ontario and WILD Z parent company, it also suggested going to the Media. All advice I am doing. Plus it gave me an outline of a complaint report so I just have to do it once and then hand it out to all regulatory authorities that should no about this criminal organization. I suggest everyone do the same so we can shut this fake casino down and hold those responsible to what the have coming to them before the courts both civil and criminal. Nothing but and evil group that needs to be punished. The are making all casinos look bad by their thefts of peoples hard earned money so I hope the Good Casinos also pick up the fight against these imposters.

This is probably one of the worst casino I played at, belive me when I say i tryed many casino.The bonus got me interested, but it isn’t what it seems to be read rules. it’s a sticky bonus meaning if you deposit you have to play with that bonus play money and cannot withdrawl till you hit wager requirements. Now if you forfeit that bonus you foriet your deposit. Wildz casino is not worth the sign up.My experience with them was the worst out of many casino sites you can try.. #1 bonus are not like other sites they are sticky meaning you put that 2000 in your not taking it out. You max bet on everything is 5 dollar so you will pretty much play forver and longer which then you will ultimately lose . Something seems very suspicious with RTP. When I signed up, the first 7 days I had a fairly even amount of win/loss days as well as mix of small wins and bigger wins- about three were a couple hundred dollars each. After the welcome week ended and wagering requirements for bonus funds were met, everything changed. Games that gave me a bonus round would suddenly kick me out before they completed. When those games resumed, the bonuses won were always very small-mostly less than $1 or less than $5 tops. I went from having a mix of 3-4 win/loss days in my first week to 12 straight days of loss after that. I didn’t change the way I play or the games I played or the wagers I made, so something seems very off considering the slots were usually 94.5% or higher RTP. Also, it seems like the only time you win is when it’s tied into bonus funds, such as the ‘free spin’ rewards they issue or the deposit match bonuses. Playing with real money, the results aren’t the same.I’d give it one star, but given the first 7 days experience figured that required a boost. And customer service was always very helpful and friendly after I got kicked from a game and fixing that afterwards. Well hello I’m a current member of wildz casino where I was playing sometime last year in the end of the year and I forgot and on the chance I used my partners cash debit card and made a deposit of 40 dollars which in the end got seized and I had provided the correct information to emil a chat support colleague of wildz casino who accepted my information straight away but when it came to their processing team it seemed as if they never understood English before. I mean emil got me straight away and even said she would leave a note for me on my file and that she understood my situation. However I got the back end from the other work colleagues and the processing team. Was very angry and upset. Feel very heart ached. So I am unhappy with Victor romane Tom su. But extremely happy with emil. The processing team suxed as well they took their time answering me and never took time to follow emails note she left on file or the time to understand it. Horrible customer service. Probably 13 times in the past week and a half I’ve tried to claim my free spins from my deposit bonus and it says error. Avoid this site at all costs. I went to withdraw my balance and then contact their support about closing my account. I was told by their support it was totally fine to close my account with a pending withdrawal. It would still be processed. Next day, I get an email that my withdrawal is being voided. Ive won alot of max wins and the withdrawals available 2 days after its successfully processed. I had to change my card details due to me canceling a card I use to use and put a new one on. Next minute I win a max win and all of a sudden they wanna see details of my old card cause it had no name so went to the bank did that and then they needed deposits made to them from the card so I showed that even though they can clearly see when they deposit wins into my old card. Now I cannot deposit or withdrawl or reverse what I tried to withdrawl, im logged in but it says im not when i go to a game.they are saying it’s a technical problem and tech team are getting on to it.
