I placed a £10 acca on 5 teams on Friday!! 4 teams won and one game was voided as the game did not take place !!William Hill voided the game on my bet and paid out on the other 4 teams !!2 Days later the game was played and the team drew and to my surprise these muppets retracted my bet and took the money back from my account!!! Pathetic!!!!!!

Customer Service number costs 89p per minute and they don’t inform you that you are being charged! And I got through to an Indian woman doing housework while dogs were barking in the background and kids playing and shouting. I was basically ripped off Ona game that crashed when next to the top feature that was collectible. Logged back in and the feature and my cash were gone! Seems like William Hill don’t even have the spine to respond on here to customers. After trying to withdraw funds, the account was blocked, allegedly for additional verification. Having provided all possible documents, three weeks have passed and they have not responded and the account remains inaccessible for entry, the withdrawal of funds has not been paid. My letters to them and to the second opinion are ignored, I am considering the possibility of a class action lawsuit. I am creating a group on Facebook for people who want to join the lawsuit with a similar case against this company. I have experience, I know how to bring the matter to an end, and the company to a large fine and deprivation of a license in the UK.

Don’t even bother betting your money. Slots are 25%RTP at the most and they take it back straight after with 15 spins on 50p without anything back over 40p. I have been playing the same slot for months now, when I very first played got the bonus which was ok. Now I have a 10x multi and all possible bonuses are maxed out the bonus just won’t drop.
