Discriminated me and restricted my account for no reason . I then had safer gambling call me because in a conversation with customer services i said they are making me distressed due to refusing to tell me why and i had angina . Safer gambling were satisfied and said they will lift the restriction . But it hasnt been and now customer services saying due to my health im under review . !! I sent them proof with what safer gambling said as theres severe lack of communication with them , its discrimination !! Take into account safer gambling said ive broke no guidelines ….make it make sense !!

William Hill is a nightmare! Constantly putting my account on review after small, infrequent deposits. Locked out repeatedly. Tired of this ridiculous treatment over small amounts. Self-excluded and moving on elsewhere.

Joined on the basis the I get 4 free £10 deposits if I bet £10. Put bet on but free deposit not shown. Apparently I should have opted in to get free deposit. Not explained or shown anywhere. Had an account with them for 5 years or so.. never had issue before until today.. revieved an email saying my account is restricted from promotions.. have a deposit limit of 100 a month and wwwkly loss of 10.. Used to be good now if you are even lucky enought to hit a feature..for the life of it dont hit it on nothing worthy of a decent return because the feature will play as the strings are being pulled behind the curtain after pumping a fair fortune over 2 months then to hit features on £1s and 2pounds lucky to return your original 1 or 2 pound stake. I bet £10 on Lewis Hamilton to WIN the Belgium grand prix and was disappointed when George Russell won. On Monday morning Ì noticed that Russell had been disqualified and Hamilton promoted to first, so I went to William hill to collect my winnings and was told that Russell is still classed as winning the race.What a rip off. I will never bet again.

First off I appreciate the fact that my review is based on a free spin, but I also spend quite a lot of money on William Hill.Now in my opinion the Bonus Drop is not by any way random as well as a couple of their other games. We won a football bet and the game was 2-1 and my selection was over 2.5 goals. Went to collect winnings and William hill had voided the bet due to it being 4 x 30 minutes. Never had this issue with any other bookmakers. Reported to gambling commission for.malpracrice and theft.
