I won £315 on a football bet only for William Hill to email me they will only pay out £95 as they advertised the wrong price so will not honour it. I asked them for the remaining funds over live chat otherwise to close my account… they closed my account. Completely untrustworthy company ripping people off. AVOID

terrible at the Venetian makes me not want to even go back to the hotel …At first glance, if you’re just sitting watching a game, it’s a pretty good sports book. Easy access to the big screens seem to be decent amount of seating… However, you can get that at almost any sports book. Staff It’s very rude , angry and off-putting. The sportsbook is not associated with the hotel at the Venetian So any credit you would get would not go towards staying at the hotel. They wouldn’t take the Venetian card the rewards card. It’s all William hill rewards. I asked them to put Cincinnati Arizona game on. They snapped back. Arizona gets blacked out here then turned away. That’s not the way you answer somebody who just put a $1,500 bet in. I’m not a monster player but 1500 should warrant a decent response. Sorry sir but they black out the game here for Arizona. I’m old school. I speak to people the way I want to be spoken to. But please and thank yous go a long way. It’s still my money and with all the options I have I don’t have to play here. I’m pretty as a matter of fact. I probably wouldn’t stay at the Venetian again because you can’t get on a sports app cuz William Hill. I guess blocks it all out so you have to play at their sportsbook and you have to deal with their rudeness. So the Venetian has lost me as a customer and I would never put another play in it. I tried to withdraw the balance of my online account and received a message asking me to contact Customer Support . This link took me to a corrupted web page . I got the same result from clicking on “Message Us” , “Contact Us” and “Chat” links .I tried to contact WH via Resolver UK , but WH told me they only dealt with betting shop problems . and supplied me the same link that took me me to the corrupted webpage again . I replied to them asking for an alternative method of contact and have heard nothing .My next step will have to be to complain to their Regulator . WH used to be very good , but they appear to have gone the way of the likes of Paddypower with unethical and shady practices . I wish I’d checked Trustpilot first & seen how much they’ve deteriorated. A few years ago , a had to complain to the Regulator about Paddypower , and I got my money , so hopefully I will be successful this time also .

Absolutely disgusting. Played machines in shops for many years. As from this year I noticed a massive decline in returns which made me suspicious. Had a bet on MacAllister being booked in the Merseyside derby, clearly booked in the 94th minute and was paid out. The next day the money removed from my account saying it was a losing bet, checked every match report stats I could find and all had him booked in the 94th minute.I then got in touch with an online chat which was a half hour operation (nightmare) only to be told that they were right and according to Optistats who they use for match reports had no stat on him being booked. SO THEIR RIGHT chat ended. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.That’s how you treat a customer of 16 years.

Made a deposit for a bonus, bonus not received. Contact customer service to confirm its applied before spending first deposit they say it has so I do. Awful company, stores allow you to bet even when self excluded. Staff NEVER EVER intervene and ask if you are ok to continue. Everything about this firm is pathetic. Absolute nonces all round in every department. Slots are rigged thousands of spins no bonus. I have an online account with William Hill and they have a daily promotion called Bonus Drop, I use it each day and sometimes you win 5 free spins on a slot games and occasionally you don’t, luck of the draw, obviously. However for the last week, as in approx 7, 8 or 9 days the Bonus Drop is constantly dropping into the X instead of a prize. Now the first couple of days I thought, fair enough, but for it to be doing it every single day without fail is a bit much. I’ve tried to contact them through online chat and getting nowhere since it’s not an actual person I’m speaking to, you can’t get in touch through email etc either. I’ve deleted the app then downloaded it again and it’s not made any difference at all. Now, as I’ve said, I certainly don’t expect to win every time and it is a free game but there’s obviously something wrong with it and there’s no one to talk to to get them to look into it. I think for such a huge online gaming company, not being able to speak to someone is ridiculous and it seems impossible to get past this “Chatbot” to even put in a complaint. William do not verify when you are losing money but when you win they want to verify and the process is do difficult it is too much hassle, they took over £350 deposit without any issues , lost £300 and then I wanted to redraw my £50 and now they are refusing to release my £50 until I submit proof but still allow me to play games, I guess so I loose all my money ! It appears that William Hills online slots are fixed. For example 333 frogs, where there are no game instructions at all. The coins were coming at a steady rate now they are few and far between. I understand William Hill are there to make a profit especially as the were fined £19.2 million. Maybe there is some programme installed which fixes who wins and who loses on individual accounts. I even got stopped from playing the free games by William Hill for no reason and when asked for an explanation all I got told was it was a security matter, yet they still took my deposits. Maybe William Hill should again be investigated on how their system works.
