Well after reading reviews 😲😲 just no wins whatsover. Shame cos i like william hill for their offers, you get better promotions than say sky bet. But just wondering if you ever do really win? 🥹

Stay away..Had £64.28 on a gaming Bonus with waggering, check how waggering was going puff balance 25.48! Talked to customer services “the game was working fine” yes game was but ur server isnt… on hold for the “supervisor” person sat next to them in the call centre…. wont even close my account on requst so sent complaint to gambling commision..

In my humble opinion this along with all other bookmakers are criminals given the green light to inflict crime on to the hard working genuine people.All of there casino games are rigged beyond belief.These machines say they have a good payout ratio to entice you into playing.One would expect after putting £80 into the machine that you would have a payout of more than 50p.It doesn’t suprise me at all as I said these bookmakers have been given the green light to commit crime.Don’t give them your money when there systems are heavily (RIGGED)

Another joke of a gambling company.These companies really need more pressure put on them when it comes to the problem I am encountering because I have come across this time and time and time again with every gambling company I have ever used except Betfair.It has now been 5 weeks that William Hill have been holding on to money in my account. They decided, after years of using them, that I required one of these “affordability checks” or whatever they are. I dread the day people ask me for mine because my finances are not set out like these people want so because it doesn’t flow with a standard pattern they have a meltdown and either completely exclude me or put me on something pointless like £200 a month.After explaining my situation to them I still get the same scripted responses from customer service drones over and over so I say “look, it’s fine, I am happy to not use your site, I’ll just have my remaining funds and be done with”. As stated, that was 5 weeks ago. They, despite 4 long phone calls and 30/40 emails, have still not paid it out after saying that they would.Can you imagine any other company in this country holding over £600 of a customers money for absolutely no reason whatsoever and there not being some hoo ha about it? It would genuinely end up as one of those daft bits in the news where there’s a headline “This company kept my money for 5 WEEKS!” with a picture of me looking dishevelled and sad beneath it.They’re a joke.

Wow, absolutely shocking company. The hoops I had to jump through to release the £10 I was owed back into my bank account was appalling. 100 do not use. They’re like the sports direct of betting companies. Short of signing a document in the excrement of Christ himself I wasn’t sure exactly what they weee expecting of me. Wasted more that £10 worth of my time getting it back, much more, but it’s the principle and don’t want them keeping my money in their grubby hands any longer than they have.

On 4th of March, I opened a William hill account for the Cheltenham Festival, on 8th of March after slow checks I was finally emailed to confirm the account was fully verified. I deposited €500 and subsequently lost this during the Chelt festival.A few weeks later I made a further deposit of €1000, after placing a few bets that William Hill voided, I still had €1000, I then went to withdraw my money and the option was no longer available, I was unsure to why as they had not made any attempt at communciation. After spending hours on their AI like live chat and mail they requested a tonne of unnecessary documents, proof of funds, my writing my name on pieces of paper and holding them next to my face. These checks are ludicrous and as such I was happy to close the account and take my business elsewhere. Of course William Hill were happy to go against Gambling Commission rules of asking for further documents upon withdrawal which could have been requested much earlier. Bear in mind, I have not won a single penny off William Hill but they have now decided they won’t be returning my balance unless I provide said documents. Which I will not do, I am now trying to get an IBAS escalation number and SAR off them which they are hesitant to provide. All in all, do not bet with William Hill, even if unlike me you are able to win some money, chances are you won’t get paid.

Had a go grand national said online payout upto six place for national.went bookies collect winnings said sorry nothing I’m afraid only upto 5th place.i said it says upto 6 place online.he said yes it pays upto 6 place if bet online ha ha so what’s the difference. Phoned 0870 help number to check.kept me waiting approx 7mins finally got through was on 2 mins and they said same.cost phone call £4.60 for less than 2 mins.so anyone phoning them dont bother just another money making number.tried beforehand online chat = another waste of time.

If there’s any such ratings like half a star or nil that’s what this bookie deserve!!!Absolutely pathetic to say the least. I was on hold for hours end and then spoke to an incompetent advisor absolutely no clue what so ever. Used them for years but got to the stage where i only bet once a year on the national. This year i found myself locked out of my account after a password reset still no joy. The only contact ive been able to gain is with the live bot which told me my account has been banned and couldn’t let me know why.So be careful as it seems they can just ban you and keep the money you have in there anytime they want, awful service and actual theft!

I placed a few bets on William Hill and one minute later these bets were replicated and the money taken from my account. When I made a complaint they told me that the bets would stand and immediately cut off the chat. If I wanted to escalate my grievance, (which I was eager to do) then I would have to open a new chat and go through the whole process again. This was after waiting for over an hour for a reply. Awful company. Take your business elsewhere!

Worst customer services ever! I recently opened an account and placed a bet of £745 on an accumulator, the bet was accepted. Upon logging in this morning I saw that my account had been closed. I immediately contacted customer services who said there’s nothing they could do and that they needed documents from an account which was opened years ago. I explained that until the issue is resolved can I have my bet voided until we get my account cleared up. The agent said they were unable to do so as there was a restriction on my account. Agent clearly didn’t want to help me and now I have zero control over my bet. I would avoid and use their competition who clearly value customers more than this company

I have been with William Hill for several years and so far there have been no problems with withdrawals or depositsthe only thing that disappointed me was the drop bonus, if you don’t make a deposit you won’t get anything, plus a 10% roulette promotion, more promotions made for deposit without paying attention to players who probably deposited enough into William’s account

Random true to life poker just pay to play its great! What an absolute load of garbage it is in reality. Miracle river cards every hand to turn the hand on its head. Obviously written in to the programme to see pocket AA KK beaten by what ever calls against it. Its ridiculous. This is a second review but on a different slot game.More unusual suspects,slot game.They let you have some wins and maybe a hit on the bonus just to hook you into thinking it’s gonna be a good game.But just like my other slot review.No big wins ,and the no bonus activation.Now decided to go elsewhere and DELETE William hill for good.Good luck all , go elsewhere if you want to actually make some money.
