Hello everyone. Hope all is well. Whatever you do people please keep well well clear of William hill. The most horriblest toxic betting company I’ve ever come across. I won £30 on my free spins. Soon as I when to take my winnings out they looked my account for 2 week and wouldn’t open it so I could get my money unless I could provide an other from of ID. Baring in mind I’d already provided them with my passport, 3 bank statements. Gov issued ID card. Birth certificate. Signed Bank card front and back and they still asked for an other form of ID so I had to order a new driving license until they had no other options but to give me my (£30) free win ffs 🙄. Then precisely 2 weeks after that I won £385 starting off with free spins and when I when to redeem my winnings they looked my account again and said my account is under review until further notice and then accused me of having a gambling problem. Baring in mind I’ve never put a penny in the account for months. I only ever use the free spins. Well it’s been over 3 week and they still say my account is in review. So there’s no way they are go to give me my £38 Please please please people. Keep well clear of WILLIAM HILL. Horrible vile disgusting horrible people. Their customer service is terrible I’ve been on there chat line on and off for about seven hours and nothing they have got really low standards when it comes to customer service if I had my way they would be shut down it’s just another big company taking the mick out off the poor

Where to start… WH don’t pay my inshop bets out had to have in shop contact wh department direct 3 hours later resettled my bet as win got my money. Online I have been restricted after a suspension. I complained about a slot called rising reward not giving me the bonus round and glitching during gameplay I’ve span thousands of times on a x10 bonus. Online supervisiors are ignorant and unfriendly and cut off chat after holding hours. Slots are poor and extremely low payout, jackpots don’t exist. There promotions like bet 5 get 5 are calculated to the best of there abilities. I had a random phonecard from wh asking me intrusive questions in order to un suspend my account. Voided bets not returned. Cheating lineups pre football match. Free bets sometimes not honour had inconvenience of contacting live chat to add it for me after lots of headache. All in all I don’t trust william hill and have no respect for them after all this situations. They break the gentleman agreement. I find this insulting as its hard enough to win and they have enough money to last a lifetime for a entire country. Stop cheating people and pay with gratitude. I have won 4 times on a free William Hill trivia show game and they wont pay me my winnings. This has happened to me before so I now take screengrabs of the winning notifications. I send these images to them on their chat facility but constantly get the same message from them that I’ve been paid everything owed to me when clearly I havent. WH just ended my chat as well and wouldnt help me! Terrible service!

Be careful when you get free spins on the bonus game drop. I had 22 euro in my account and won 1 euro from the bonus spins which I decided to play with, the game automatically went to one euro spin from 10 cent which I was unaware of. I ended up losing 16 euro before I spotted this

William Hill have stolen my money!!! They have suddenly blocked my withdrawals!I have used WH for years and never had an issue until now. I have over £107 in winnings in my account and they have blocked me from withdrawing it. All of a sudden they have asked me to send bank statement after bank statement, all different forms of ID and I have co-operated every time and now they have stopped replying to me. This has gone on for months and now they have blocked me from withdrawing my winnings. They are a total scam and treat their loyal customers like crap. They are happy to take your money but don’t like to you win. They were always my go to bookmaker but suddenly they have turned on me. Avoid this company like the plague. They are conmen. All I want is to withdraw the winnings that I have won fair and square and close my account but they don’t even allow me to do that. Beware they let you deposit but if you win over £100 they don’t pay out. Do yourself a favour and use a different bookmaker. I will update this review if they ever respond and let me have my money.

Well I’m down well over £600 the scatters are very rare and if they come in they pay very little even on £1 spins . You never get any decent wins compared to other sites, don’t waste you’re money folks there is much better sites out there . Also noticed that the spins are very slow and tend to spin even slower if you get 2 scatters to avoid giving you the 3rd scatter.

I’m facing extreme frustration with the account management process at William Hill. Opening an account was challenging, but closing it is proving to be even more difficult. I’m only posting this here because there is 0 customer protection any more, thanks tory scumbags. DO NOT USE WILLIAM HILL. First of all they bait and switched me with an advert, promising amazing odds that were nowhere to be seen in the app (my fault, I should have known not to trust a bookie!). Second I put some money in my account, it came out instantaneously, whatever that always happens. Then I realise I’ve been SCAMMED and I try take my money out. They won’t send it back, they need a copy of my bank statement, a photo of the card I paid with and a photo of my driving licence. WELL I NOTICE YOU DIDN’T NEED THAT INFORMATION TO TAKE MY MONEY ONLY TO GIVE IT BACK. This should be illegal, unfortunately we live in a corporatocracy where big businesses can do what they like and face no consequences. Absolutely disgusting. Played machines in shops for many years. As from this year I noticed a massive decline in returns which made me suspicious. New machines have been installed in most shops so makes sense that WE are clearly paying for their new machines. Will never play again as its quite obviously a manual reduduction. Don’t use these AT ALL they lie in there terms and conditions. Literally had £50 stolen from them just last night , tried to resolve through the absolutley worst customer services I have ever known who very arrogantly kept stating a promotion i opted into ended so the balance was deleted.. the promotion in question specifically stated in the terms and conditions that the £50 would go into a buy in bonus balance which upon promotion ending the balance if not used would be returned to main balance and that a £25 bonus balance to be used to play would expire upon promotion ending. Screenshot confirming all of this were provided and the customer services refused point blank to help just kept saying the balance was deleted as the promotion ended. They would escalate to supervisor who would repeat this and end the chat immediately before I could reply. Please DO NOT use this site. I have escalated the matter further however its very clear the funds have gone for good , but hopefully action can be taken to prevent this happening to someone else. Not even so much as 1 free spin offered for the inconvenience and unclear contradaictory terms or for the literal hours wasted with shocking customer services… this company does not care about happy or satisfied customer they made zero attempts to assist they care only about taking your hard earned cash. I had some money in my online account and it disappeared. It wasn’t a lot but suddenly it said £0 and I knew I hadn’t emptied it. I took it up with them and they said it had been spent on blackjack, at which point, given I only every bet on the horses and the football and don’t know how to play blackjack, I knew it wasn’t true, because nobody else had access to my account. I asked for it back and they said they would investigate it and get back to me, but that was three weeks ago and I’ve heard nothing. Don’t trust them.

The returns on the games are diabolical and all the reviews will back this up so they are obviously lying about their rtp percentages and that is definitely illegal. My experience with this bookie is simply terrible. Made many deposits and withdrawals of money without problems. I made more than 100 sports bets and suddenly I can’t access my account. Requests for many documents begin, I provided these documents without problems. Then they put me in their imaginary queue and I just waited two months in an imaginary queue for document verification. I put up with it, but now they demand that I certify all documents with a lawyer. And they want me to certify 10 pages of PayPal + passport as well as a bank statement, and it will cost me a hefty sum, namely 800 pounds if each page is certified by a lawyer. My requests to reduce the number of pages were simply ignored. This attitude towards me is due to the fact that I am a citizen of another country, fleeing from a war that was harshly unleashed by russia, now I am faced with the attitude of a second-class person in Britain as well. I don’t understand why I should verify something with a lawyer and invent a 2-month queue if I took a selfie with every document. Who but me could have these documents and also be in the photo, it’s just ridiculous. Be careful with this bookmaker, especially if you are a citizen of another country. You will simply be devalued to 0, ignored and not even noticed.

Absolute scam artists. Won a bet over 11 free kicks and over 21 throw ins each half in the Arsenal V Liverpool game. I counted them all while watching and the stats on the website which I screenshot showed I’d won, however an hour later the bet is settled as lost and the ridiculous customer service told me that they had asked their traders and decided it was correct and the bet had lost. Showed the screenshots only to be then offered a free bet of my original stake as they could understand where I was ocoming from 🤣🤣 Avoid like the plague!

Rigged machine, I’ve played 18hrs none stop no win at all…big bass give scatter that will give you 10 after every 1 eu spin.
