I recieved a email off william hill 1/11/24 saying ive had £5 cash dropped into my acc, upon looking there was no £5 so i emailed them an they replied saying it was an error on their behalf and i would not recieve it!! For a company the size and stature of william hill to make such a mistake is hard to comprehend, i for one will not be using william hill again.

I’ve just spent 50 minutes online (because they withdrew the facility to actually speak to somebody sometime ago) after the usual farce of speaking to Will the robot, I was eventually transferred to a human (Jonalyn) told to wait, which I did, only to find the query go back to the robot who closed the case. I went back on and went through the whole procedure and was eventually transferred to Rod, same outcome, reverted to robot who closed the case. I tried a 3rd time and was again transferred to a human, only for the case to be automatically closed once again by the robot. This is NOT a customer service any longer, they simply do not care and you can not resolve any issues. After several decades of being a customer of theirs, I will no longer use this company. Do not use William Hill.

Oh dear me.Im posting the same issue as many others. DO YOUU SEE A THEME W HILL. What a corrupt company William Hill is. So many easy ways to deposit and spend spend spend…but try and withdraw…oh no…its a minefield.I currently cant get my money off them because they insist on paying back onto a card i no longer have (in the modern world cards are only valid for a short time, or they get lost or broken or stolen etc).2 hours on the phone with them, 1 hour with my bank…still not resolved. had to give passport copy and all sort of stuff…but nothing. Only if you don’t want your money, you will play at this site. I won one week ago 1800 euro and i withdraw without problems. I did my verification with my payslip and ID and bank statement. After a week I won 12.500 euros. Now it’s been a week since they refused to pay the withdrawal. I provided them with all the documents required again, ID,bank statement, selfie with me holding the documents ID, username, and bank statement and every time, the answer was the same: we need the following documents…. Also, if you ask for a reference number for your case to complain to the authorities, they will not give it. The only option was to contact gamblecomission, and I am waiting for an update from them. After winning last night on a football bet I have tried to withdraw my winnings. Only to be sent a mesage about the card I am using. The william hill system wants to use a card which I lost months ago and not the current card I have used to deposit money with. The person on the contact desk is a disgrcae and has been laughing at my situation when I have tried to fix this. I have used william hill for years and I will never use them again following this as mat present they are keeping my money due to a failure in there system to update my cards correctly. Cey is unhelpful and just seems to think it is funny I cannot get at my funds or remove my cards. I have then been passed to Dane a supervisor who was of no help at all and actually cut my chat off and left a message about sending me an email. The App is terrible! really slow to load, keeps saying I’m offline when I’m not. By the time it loads, flipping race is over. Also you can’t watch the race half the time because it keeps freezing. Reading everyone else’s experiences it appears I’m not the only person who has had a poor and fraudulent experience. Tried logging into my account which I last used a few month ago, unable to log in, this message came up on my account: “Sorry there is a problem with your account”Spoke with the virtual helpline and was informed that my account had been permanently closed after careful review of my activities and transactions. Yet I have never had any communication or emails from William Hill informing me of this, also my where are the funds I had left in my account? Asked to speak to the complaints department and all I had was a virtual supervisor who refused to go into detail as to why my account had been closed and why they had kept my money. And then they closed the chat!

Deposited 3 times £50 in total,lost that so the deposited another £20. This £20 was showing in my account but the website wouldn’t let me play. I was then informed I was self excluded. I waited for my £20 to be refunded as is the rules but no nothing. In hindsight all the £70 should be refunded as the gaming system should have picked up on the exclusion on the first deposit. Fuming and disappointed.

If I could put no stars I would, my account was compromised, William Hill blocked my account, this was proactive of them and a positive move but this is where proactive finishes!!!!Rather than inform me of this they let me find out the next time I tried to log on to my account!! I obviously couldn’t log on and therefore had to contact there near useless online chat process, there is no other method of communication. After seven days and hours and hours of trying to resolve my account is still blocked and MY money that is held in there is still inaccessible. This sports book is here to screw over its users. Nevada keeps a monopoly against other online sportbooks and corners the market so they can make terrible rules. 4 leg SGP was placed and a player on the ticket was ruled out prior to the game starting. Bet showed pending the entire game. I assumed the bet would be good to go minus the one voided leg. The bet won on all the legs. The bet was void after the game due to the one leg being voided. Awful, fraudulent company. I have had my account and followed their rules. But I tried to log in today and was told I’m locked out. Spoke with Mavi and supervisor Ralph. Neither gave me a reason for it. They just told me management decided to close my account. Other companies give you a reason. “You broke rule X” or “We found suspicious activity”. Not this company. They refused to give a reason. Just telling me it’s closed and I can’t get my account back or try to defend myself. I don’t know what they think I did wrong but I had read their T&C’s and I hadn’t done anything wrong. Now they’re making me jump through hoops to get the money in my account. Live chat is awful. Just terrible. You get put through to a bot who doesn’t help and ends the conversation. This happens twice. Then when you ask to speak to someone real, the bot doesn’t understand. Five minutes later it gives up and finally puts you through. The actualy person is almost as bad and gives you a copy/paste response before ending the conversation again.I just wanted to know why I was being shown that there’s a new bonus drop game only to be told I’m ineligible when I click on it. Let you deposit as much as you want…. Then start to get concerned when you wish to withdraw. They, like the rest, should do all checks they deem applicable / necessary before any deposits rather than making life difficult when you want to withdraw. If they were genuinely concerned about where your funds were coming from, they’d enquire before depositing… not at withdrawal stage.
