Compared to most gambling sites I have used, WilliamHill are awful. I had a deposit limit of £10 a day. Never win anything. Nothing from the free spins. Nothing ever. My account is about £300 down in the past year lol I think they are a scam. I will stick to virgin games I trust them more

Some appalling service these last few days where the only option is via chat once you get past the chatbot. Without going into detail here I queried a bet settlement that involved selection of bet boost. The bet won and Best Odds Guaranteed was applied; the settlement stated “ you won an extra £xx with Boost and BOG. However only BOG was applied; why when I selected Boost albeit in the belief both are spplied. On querying I was told a supervisor would check and email ~ no email and when queried I was told Boost and BOG cannot be applied although nowhere in the T&C’s is this an excluded combination. I queried again on this basis and was promised an email within 12 hrs- not received either to inbox or junk. Back to chat and sent a copy (allegedly of the email) which merely stated bet settlement was correct – no mention of Boost/BOG and, while stating I can take the complaint further, no indication of how or where. Indeed the complaints page on the website merely takes you to the chatbot. I was promised that it would be looked into and I asked for an email covering the points in writing. Again all I got was a message left on the chat saying basically thanks for the feedback – clearly they don’t want to admit to an error or show me the T&C – ( doesn’t exist ) I will be closing my account in time having withdrawn my balance. This level of appalling service seems indicative of this company even when supposedly passed on to a senior supervisor – beggars belief the lack of empathy and inability in answering direct questions. Plenty of other options with other companies thankfully would be my advice if considering using William Hill.

Can’t comment on anything to with odds etc, however when I started the registration process, the tick can’t be removed from their marketing box so I didn’t proceed further as I don’t want marketing rubbish. IT IS ILLEGAL TO NOT GIVE PEOPLE AN OPT OUT OPTION!

Wish I read the reviews first. Robbery! Gave me free bets which I turned into £85. You need to deposit money before withdrawing tried to do this & my account was closed no notice no communications at all, after I spent ages online on live chats & calling wrong numbers I just about found out I needed to submit ID again no notices of this. I’ve submitted all documents besides proof of deposit as my account is closed & I have used free bets I do not have proof of deposits, I provided what proof I had only to be told it’s not good enough. How can you request proof that does not exist. Bottom line is FREE BETS is a no go because once you earn a little bit of money from it they’ll shut you down & make excuses as to why they can’t open your account back up. Shocking customer service. I asked a simple question. Why do Wm Hill not offer Best Odds Guaranteed on all races ? The operative didn’t feel that he/she could answer the question and put me through to his/her supervisor. Absolutely shocking. I had no idea about how bad they were. I had been losing relentlessly for months and lost a lot of money and couldn’t work out why it wasn’t happening for me. I didn’t know what I was doing wrong but then I looked into things. William Hill doesn’t pay out. Unfair RTPs and games with restricted bonuses. I know alot of gambling sites do this now they’ve made it terribly hard to get any bonus on any game but I think William hill have really made it extra difficult because it just doesn’t happen.
