Had an issue in shop. Machine didn’t ticket bet was shown to be cashed following day. Been a customer for years but told to raise police case in other words not bothered. Andrew from customer retail the most stupid, inept, brainless character I’ve ever come across as are most in their customer service on the phone and email. Lagging behind now hills a lot better at Betfred and Ladbrokes. Avoid!!

Technically should be 0 stars, made an account and signed up for the first time on William Hill, sent in my documents (driving license and bank statement) for a verification process and got an email saying my account is permanently closed minutes later, went on live chat they said that I couldn’t do anything and that any funds on the account would be withheld and the reason was because they claimed my documents were false, I have no idea how they came to that conclusion and they also said they strictly cannot reopen my account, these are the exact same documents I’ve used to sign up on bet365, skybet, betvictor and other bookmarkers. Luckily had no funds on my account but just goes to show you what some of these scum bookmarkers are capable of. Be careful with your money on your William Hill balance.

Horrible betting site. After having some winnings from free spins wanted to cash out but they blocked my account due to verifying it and asking for ridiculous proofs. Played 3 wizard mega blaze , I had 5 orbs which is a respin , lock and load and they never paid out on it , which tells me it’s rigged , contacted William hill through messages . Supervisor joy said it was not a win line , looked up rules of game , she is wrong , I sent screen shots of win plus the rules and then they refused to answer messages . So getting in touch with William Hills is now virtually impossible unless you speak to a “Bot” or pay premium rate to speak to a Human being. Had a 16/1 winner on Sunday but SP was 28/1. Apparently they don’t pay BOG anymore for a better customer experience??? Never even knew they had stopped doing BOG or obviously I wouldn’t have put bet on with them. Been with William hill few years now mostly for the gee gees , trouble with William hill is the slots on the site , so bad it’s surreal and the gambling commission should investigate this company as the reels slip , I had a £2000 pound reel pop up and then it slipped to 20p …last time I will use William hill for slots , there is no way that you can win what they say no matter how they say the jackpots are real .they are not , machines definitely rigged . I’ve used WH for many years started during lockdown, the daily scratch of the days always had decent offers, the bonus drops was always fun along with the free spins.I never wanted mention this as I know it’s too crazy to be taken seriously, but I’ve had this week 3-4days in row no bonus drop prize. Beware of staff especially the Liverpool county road office. I placed a bet the ticket didn’t come out the machine they printed a new one. Had 2 winners a double paying £216.00. The following day I went to cash the machine said it had already been cashed out. Emailed William hill who investigated located me at the shop through images but 2 hrs later when the bet was fraudulently cashed no image of the person cashing it. Avoid obviously don’t check their staff.

After spending on slots over 300 £ playing bass psplash on 50p and couldn’t get any scaaters I can say really don’t recommending . I am playing on another sites and always max after second deposit I will get a bonus round but never with w.hills . . For so many deposits on low rounds 50p non bonus is disappointing. William hill and their team are a bunch of liars.Was told by customer service rep on my parlay if one of my legs was ineligible before the game starts because a player was out injured the bet would be void and refunded…. The bet lost.Then when i call back they say only the leg is voided. I called and spoke to 3 different people all saying ” if one player is out the BET is voided” then i show them the bet and then they say ” only the LEG is voided” !! these are two different things and they change the rules to bend in their favor. Then the tech suspended my account without my consent and have been trying to get it closed for several weeks now as they drag their feet and avoid my emails. Once they finally follow through and close my account it will take 4-8 weeks to get my money!!also if you make a player prop parlay with 2 different stats the odds don’t stack for mulitple bets but if one looses during the parlay YOU LOSE! Scams layered into their new system on purpose. Avoid this service.

been with William Hill for around 20 years betting online with no problem what so ever, then for some unknown reason they put a betting top up restriction on my account, when I contacted them through their online chat forum I was told it is the Gambling commision that put these restriction in place to keep us safe, when I said to them I don’t need to be kept safe as I am just a small stakes punter, they said I would have to send my bank details to them and a recent P60 to show them that I can afford to bet. Well after 20 years they have taken my money without asking me about all this Nonsense about finances. I do believe other websites also now ask for proof of affordability to bet. I cannot say enough bad things about this sportsbook. It is absolutely, without the slightest doubt, the worst sports book in the history of sports books and should not be allowed to operate. The app is clunky and slow, the kiosks at the books are always out of order and this location in Incline Village (Hyatt) is always lacking attendants. They should be bought out by a real sportsbook so we can actually get some bets in.

When contacted William Hill they seemed unsure themselves, mentioned an apparent duplicate account with a different username, then backtracked. Then asked me to provided loads of documents before deposting my money with them – more confident giving an arsonist matches
