Another person who has recently had all bonus/promo free spins removed. Had an email today informing me of it. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have spent a good amount of money there. Clearly the 20p wins I’ve been getting every few days are going to bankrupt WH so my access to them has been removed! Absolute joke. How I choose to gamble is my business. If I’m not spending much/very little that is up to me. Not doing anything wrong. Bye William Hill, I will be taking my money and business elsewhere.

Customer service is pretty poor. Deposited some money as a new customer. Opted in for 200 free spins then played my money. Didn’t get the free spins. Went to chat ended up back and forth telling the person I had opted in with them saying I didn’t and trying to get me to add more money ?. No thanks. Bloody ridiculous. I wish I could write 0 stars. God forbid you play the daily bonus drop and free spins. I have done this daily for at least a year. I guess they don’t like people who win free money? Why offer free spins then if you don’t want people doing it. I have been winning 5/10quid a week, sometimes more. They have restricted my account from any free promotions now. Why have you stopped the bonus drop? I used to win free spins 9 times out of 10, I would probably get a ‘X’ once every couple of weeks if that where as for two weeks straight now I have had the ‘X’ every single day! It is minor in the scheme of things, but if they aren’t willing to play fair then I am not willing to give them any of my money. It cannot be random as it claims to be.

After depositing £10 to William hill online account my account wouldnt go live so I requested a refund to the same account that I deposited from !!!! Well you think I was asking the impossible..what a joke from a wanky company saying they want all this information to refund it,which I gave them but still no refund! I will never use William Hill. They advertise offers and then pull them without notice. Customer Service keeps you on a chat for 90 minutes hoping you will give up. Then cancel the chat without resolution.

Their customer agents are very rude, I’ve spent 2h with an agent and his supervisor just because they were not happy with my bill (they wanted me to print the bill and make a photo of it because it was electronically.. ) – even so they accepted 100€ deposit and allowed me to place some bets – I got 90€ return (so -10€) Later they blocked my account and didn’t release my money – this is calling proper stealing – I didn’t make any abusive bet, they were just violating my rights by keeping my money without any reason. 2 weeks later after I ve made the photo that they asked they are not answering to my calls or emails – it’s about 90€ but the dignity.williamhill it’s a joke of a bookie!

The bonus drop and scratch of the day dailys are pre-determined, scratch of the day is the same result on all my friends accounts also and only highlights already existing offers, bonus drop is sually a wnner unless william hill turn it off, i won 90% of the time for a year, i now have not won foe 20 days as was turned off, so the FREE spins etc are not chance, says a lot for a company.

Tried several times to set up cash withdrawal from my online account and visited local shop.Unable to help so called helpline who was unable to help also saying they had an ongoing IT problem.I am sure if they had a problem accepting bets or funds into your account IT would be on it in a minute

I am saying this for a reason, i recently open an account and they asked for verification documents which i sent many times and they never been verified as they were not clear for them .. Who ask for selies with holding documents. I have been a customer for years. In March WH emailed me to say they had removed all gambling and gaming concessions. Since then, I have been unable to withdraw, deposit, place bets. I have emailed across documents as requested to get the account verified but no progress. I have emailed to chase up progress and no response. Live chat is useless – you wait ages to get through to someone and I have no confidence in their response. There is a balance on the account of nearly £100 and I am unable to withdraw this.

I’ve always favoured this company having been with them for 8+ years , until yesterday , I received an email saying I could not take part in any promotions! I won £435 on bass boss hourly jackpot 2 days prior. Not even lowering myself to ask in live chat wth is going on , I closed my account there and then. Have discovered that WH have unfairly placed some bizarre new rule that withholds funds unnecessarily and unfairly from clients despite notifying them that an event have been called off. When an event has been postponed naturally it is an automatic cancellation of any placed bets immediately without delay and funds normally credited back into balance. Except for some unknown reasons WH seem to be basing that on an assumption that the event may go ahead in the next 48 hours?!? They’re confusing that for minor weather delays than a total event postponement with this unfair 48 hour rule to hold bets meaninglessly until then. This is unacceptable. EDIT: Update finally got funds returned after nearly 5 hours later with supervisor assistance.

What these things that William hill are using are just theft devices . All slot machine players know that the house wins and you expect that over the course of a year playing that you will have ups and downs but generally be down for the year.All that said – these slots are NOTHING like what you would expect. They Make it up as they go along. I bet on football, 90 minute results. any time I bet and my team scores in the 91st minute, LOSS. And yet when the opposite happens, I win 1-0 within 90 minutes, and the opposing team scores on the 93rd minute, LOSS. This company has just been fined for basically knowingly stealing from its customers and since the huge fine has been put on this shower of crap company they have lowered their payouts on slots even further to make their customers pay the fine. This company nearly had it’s licence taken away and still they haven’t learnt.
