hi I would give zero if I could but I can’t. William Hill are the worse they don’t contact the losers but soon as you win they block your account and get safer gambling involved and then you have to explain to them. its been five days William Hill have with held my money £26k was playing quantum roulette and won loads from a £70 deposit but William Hill think I need help and a chat with someone? now my account will stay open but £100 deposit limit in place once this gets sorted and at this rate might have the money in time for xmas

I created an account about a year ago, deposited my money and then I get asked for verification after the fact. I’ve sent them more details than I needed to send my solicitors when taking out a ducking mortgage! The people who are on the verification team can’t seem to connect the dots, they just request more and more information. I gave my passport, driver’s licence, multiple bank statements from multiple banks, credit card statements, wrote my username down, all of the above with selfies as well, my payslips for Christ’s sake.Still frick all. I then asked to have someone higher up take a look because I was hoping someone with a brain cell could just check the box that confirmed who I am. But no. One of the worst and revengeful annoying bookie ever. If on their website playing slots or games within 30 mins they start bombard and annoying you with thier take a break popups. And if you refuse you will never win instead keep losing. Its like they used against you. They allow the government to have them treated customers as if we kids when we are all responsible adults. Do not use slots on this site. Almost as if bonus features are turned off and never had a decent win. Tested these properly tonight. 10p stakes hit a bonus after 8 spins won 1.20.. 10 more spins later another bonus won 3.44 raised my stake to 20p 15 spins hit another bonus won £2.24. Raised my stake to 60p with the remaining £10 I had every spin was a loss apart from one where i won 24p. Just like all the other casinos. I was unlucky enough to “win” their “FREE or 4” promotion, correctly guessing 6 games with 3 or 4 goals. £200 in free bets were credited to my account, great..! Then they suspended my account to ‘verify’ my details. This has been going on for months even though I have provided all the overly intrusive demands for photos of this, that and the other. The free bets have now expired and I still do not have access to my account that has a balance of over £150. Can only contact via “LIVE chat”, which is not actually live, call centre scripted responses asking for the same things and if you are put through to a supervisor the chat bot “breaks”. Wanted to add that deposit was easy but they are asking ridiculous requirements for verification that other online gambling sites don’t. For example they want a photo of me next to a printed PayPal statement, which is ridiculous. It is 2022 and no other site asked for this.
