They have decreased the returns. Used to play a fair amount of time. I won around 2k about a year ago and each week put around 50 quid into it. I have been a loyal customer of William hill for years but what I can’t tolerate is this kind of customer neglect. I fund with 10 quid a month and use promotions in between and then I get this message with no explanation. And customer service agents don’t and won’t tell you why and use a bot to end chat. Their promotions are so much worse and sad to see this sort of decline. 3 months ago I initiated a refund request because WH was offering games illegally to Dutch citizens.Still haven’t received any update on the case which is being handled by a “special” department. Every time I chat with someone I get the same scripted response that I have to wait for a update. It’s kinda crazy how such a request can take longer than three months while Unibet, Betsson, N1 Casino solved it in under 2 weeks.This is highly ridiculous, the people in the chat keep saying that they will ask for a update which clearly is a lie.

I have just deleted my account after over 20 years. It used to be a good company years ago, but in the last couple of years especially their odds dropped, the tech issues increased, and the customer service went from OK/poor to pretty dismal. It’s now so pathetic, sick of being bounced around chat-bots, followed by some rude human responses I just cancelled my account. Time to move on plenty of other better options out there.

After an online dispute with them quite some time ago, I have just received an email from them saying I have a £30 balance in my account. I tried to log in with my user name but have mislaid my password. I tried a reset with a new password but they have blocked my account. After a long frustrating communication with their “helpline”, I was told I’d have to send all sorts of copies of printouts of my account deposits as well as other personal details to them. I’m a 74yrs old pensioner with no access to printing facilities and am unable to travel miles to get what is “required”!They’ve had money in my account for ages and must still have all my bank details so why won’t they just refund the balance to my bank account? They are being very obstructive and unhelpful and it’s seemingly impossible to speak to anyone by telephone. I’m at a loss of what to do to get my money back. They contacted me, using my registered email address to inform me of my account balance of £30 but refuse to effect a refund without information that they already have! They appear to be a law unto themselves and do not give a damn about the people who have contributed to their substantial wealth. As I am nowadays stuck at home without the ability to get hard copy information that they say is needed how am I meant to get my money back from them? They are a £multi million company, I’m an OAP with barely any funds. Should I just give up and write the £30 off to avoid the stress this is causing me. I wish that they hadn’t bothered emailing me with the information in the first place!No wonder that their ratings are so low!

Stay away from this misleading site. Signed up and entered promotion code which was accepted. I then wagered the required amount for the bonus but didn’t receive it. After an hour on chat with live customer service they said entering my sign up bonus wasn’t alone enough and I wasn’t eligible for the bonus because I didn’t also opt in elsewhere. Just to add once my promo was accepted the sign up bonus wasn’t even visible on the promotions page so how exactly was I supposed to opt in for a second time. The only help I was given was.. “opt in again and deposit more money” No thanks I will stay away from a company that misleads their customers. This organisation simply don’t do customer service. Their system went down, I tried to pace a bet, and couldn’t, the horse won. I tried to find out why the system wouldn’t let me bet, and it appears that it was a technical issue. When I asked if they would do anything about it y loss they simply said no!Surely an on line betting system needs to be work? Attempted to create an account so provided all my personal information. Everything correctly, but it said it could not verify my identify. Odd. It also wants a selfie, so basically every single personal detail from address to full name to date of birth, then on top of that a selfie of me holding stuff like a bank statement! Even creating a bank account doesn’t require this much.Couldn’t login so I tried asking support, only to be told by the chat bot that I have to provide this! Never mind, don’t bother, but I’d like my personal details removed, agent stepped in, who seemed quite unprofessional. Who copy pasted basically saying they will delete my personal information, but they really won’t and will have it for 7 years!So they won’t create my account without silly hoops to jump over nor will they delete the “unverified” information they stored.
