Absolutely Awful experience with this online casino site. I’ve been playing for about 8months and I’ve deposited well over 1K and have only managed to withdraw £80 (I’m not exaggerating). When your playing their slot games they think they’re smart they will give you the expected RTP% but the system will pay you in small increments. Today I thought I’d try and do the maths while playing and tally my spins against my winnings. I was betting £0.60 per spin, which would give me about 166 spins for my £100 deposit. and only getting 6p, 20p, 40p per win -if any win (this is less than my initial bet) The only time I won £10 on my spin I was close to the end of my balance. (Why am I having to decide between leaving with less than I came with or nothing at all?) I understand the risks that come with gambling but WH are never rewarding. It’s fair to say people don’t just gamble for the fun of it and anyone that says they do is lying. I’ve only doubled my money once since depositing. And I have the screen shots to prove it. If your looking for a casino that values its customers and plays fair and brings excitement then you better head over to another casino because William Hill ain’t it !!

Save your money. Honestly I’ve had better fun, enjoyment and payouts with online casinos with poor-er graphics and designs.

OK so I've been reviewing gambling websites for a long time, and WILLIAM HILL is THE WORST OF ALL SITES. The % payout they say they pay out falls well short of the gambling commission standards. I played their Irish game today and spent over £50 and each time (7) he came across the bottom of the screen i won the princely sum of £1.20 with the exception of £2 40 that happened once. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DELETE YOUR WILLIAM HILL ACCOUNTS

When I wanted to withdraw money it wouldn't allow went to live chat they said they activate it tried it again still cant. This website is confusing at first to use they said I cannot withdraw through a debit card pathetic I can not withdraw with bank transfer. Lucky I only list $100 I not deposit any amount if my withdraw method is activated. I only want to use this site because of the fast withdrawls 24 hrs with debit card

Worst bookmaker I ever dealt with.
They broke the rules when not verifying me after opening my account and depositing 500eur – they also didn't care after I gambled and lost that 500eur – same for the next 1500eur! But once I was close to win a bet they locked my account so I couldn't hedge it. Now I can not withdraw my winnings. I supplied them with all documents they asked for, now they are asking for utility bills in English. (I live in Croatia – no provider here would ever provide me with an utility bill in English)
Stay away from this poor excuse of a bookmaker.

WARNING!
Do not trust this company. They will make it impossible to withdraw your money. They do this by refusing to verify you and making you want to give up. I have had my €50 deposit stolen from me and my winnings of €140 taken too.

They did this by not verifying my account even though I gave them all the documents they needed. Never have I dealt with such bad customer services. This company is full of thieves and you should stay well clear.

First of all i rate 2 only for there bookies and it's a zero for casino and vegas, this company didn't allow me to withdraw but was still accepting deposits, i told gambling commission about this and they was useless they don't care they are paid from them for that little print at bottom of there page to make them look good and do nothing for the players when they fine sites on behalf of players they get the money not the players, William hill latest advert for vegas of ten free spins to get you in door is a joke there at 10p per spin so don't think it will get you more than a pound, yes a pound for all your data which will be sent to social media sites and third parties so you get advertising sent to you. Good luck with these but don't forget you will need photo i.d before withdrawing because unlike other sites that identify from bank account these are useless and only don't need to identify to take deposit but do need identify to withdraw, if you not going to play fair Get lost. Oh and they was sent i.d and refused it within 6 months of it issued, so remember be careful with these you can deposit without any identity issues but can't withdraw.

The betting site is perfectly reasonable with some decent promos. The poker site is absolute garbage. As with all current and previous ipoker software using betting companies you get ripped off every time you play. Any idea that this poker is random is total fantasy. Get in in good massive favourite one card to come? Oh of course theres the exact card its like clockwork. normally don’t feel comfortable investing online but because the company I worked for downsized due to the pandemic and I was one of those affected. I had to invest the money I had left. New to betting online due to lockdown. Set up an account. Deposited £10 for the £30 free bet. Went to withdraw some money and they blocked my account Spent the last week trying to verify my account. Countless emails. Asking for selfies with bank statements. Apple ID. Apple Pay. Back and front of you driving licence. A bank statement showing where I deposited from. Back and front of my bank card.

Sent all this off and it seems that the emails are copy and pasted. Just got the same response asking for the same stuff.

I’m still yet to verify my account.

Had a Betfair account a few years back and never had this kind of problem. Just had to show my Id.

I opened an account at williamhill and gave a deposit. when I wanted them to pay me back my problems started. they wanted all my details, including PayPal, the address that I lived with before 6 months, so that I would write my details on a piece of paper and take a self-photo of all my bank details and pictures of the logos of the offices where my documents were issued.

A shambolic and deeply frustrating online-betting site with technical glitches galore & supposedly "random games of chance" that have outcomes which genuinely appear to be dictated by algorithms VERY heavily in favour of the company. I mostly bet on in-play football and i've lost a fair amount of money due to, among other things, the "cash-in" option inexplicably being retracted for long periods, incorrect scorelines being shown, live-streams going down and much more besides.
The customer service is a joke. They ask for a few minutes to check even the simplest things or pass you from one department to another (and sometimes back again) and then just end up offering a token free-bet for your trouble or refer you to T&C's. I've never had a proper refund when things go wrong. Avoid at all costs.

Restricted my account and Supervisor Ian had the nerve to accuse me of wrongdoing for participating in one of their offers. I also got my girlfriend to join as she likes bingo, and she got restricted and accused also.

"This decision was based on the type of activity identified on the account and / or that your activity was deemed to target our promotions or bonuses in a way other than their intended purpose."

Why bother offering promotions then restrict and accuse your customers. Like i said in my e-mail, at least have the balls to tell me why you restrict me.
