The roulette is fixed so that it robs you and makes you feel that the win was very close …. you can bet on one number even 30 spins and the number does not fall .. The moment you choose another number, the one you left will immediately fall … bad luck ..? Put my self on a 6 month exclusion from the site and was told it ended June 1st,so on June 1st I contacted them to re open the account I was then told I would need to wait until June 2nd for my cooling off period to end and to contact them then (what difference 24 hours would make when I have been off for 6 months I don't know),so I phoned them back on the 2nd and waited over 45 minutes to be connected to an agent that did literally nothing apart from take my details to be told I would need to wait another day for a phone call to reactivate my account. I explained to the agent about what had happened regarding the time I was waiting and asked if my account could be credited as compensation for my long wait and constant delays to which I was told he wouldn't do that for me,so a long wait just to get a message that said sorry

I've had a william hill account for a few years
and only used it a handful of times,my friend is into his poker so we have been playing online together once a week as a social thing during lockdown. I have only deposited £30 In the last month and he has pretty much won every game as I'm rubbish but it doesnt matter as we had dozens of games all for very low stakes and we chat and drink at the same time, William hill has just locked my account demanding proof of Id, photographs and an explanation of my last game claiming some sort of fraudulent behaviour! My last £5 now sits in my account and it will stay there as I am not playing there silly games for the sake of a fiver. Utterly ridiculous behaviour from them when you consider the time frame and amounts that have been spent, maybe they weren't happy that my money was going to another player and not being lost on their dodgy fruit machines? I would just alert anyone to the fact that they can do what they want when they want and for next to nothing so be cautious with depositing anything with them as they may well make you jump through hoops to get it back.

Wrote to them about my son's bet, he is Down's [31 so legal bet] as local shop is shut with lockdown. I also made a bet. That was at start of lockdown. No reply; no change there then.
I complained, also some months ago, about my son being asked about his age, in their shop in Donnie [Doncaster], although he was patently over 18. Never received a reply. When complained, was asked to provide more details, which by the I had forgotten.
I have dealt with other firms such as Plucks [I think I have spelt it right.] and when we forgot to collect a bet whilst on holiday, they sent us a cheque, no probs!

Ok so i got banned from william hill as i found out william hill vegas the is no big winners on there jackpot slot machines . The mega jackpots always get won around 12 pm ar night and never in the afternoon or morning making you play for nothing , . People can and 1 person will win around 11 million each 24 hours but the is never any news regarding the win . Nothing on social media nothing in news papers. I confronted william hill with what i had seen and after reading other news articles. William hill could not respond to the questions i asked . 1 of my questions was how come the jackpot gets won around 12 pm night every day . Iv not seen it won in 4 years with in the day or afternoon time . 4 years of seing this what are the odds in this . The second question i asked was how come we can never see any news on the main jackpot winner if i had won that much money i would be telling all on social media and informing my news papers and so on but not a single bit of news ever in 4 years. i am classed as a William Hill gold customer but only because of my stupidity i have given WH a lot of money. When playing games the win ratio is far less than they say. Daily drop is good fun but their non live Blackjack games are the worst I've experienced. I play a lot of online Blackjack and can safely say that WH is the worst site going. The dealer will regularly have 10-15 winning hands in a row. Avoid at all costs. Genuinely do not know that is allowed to happen as the odds of that happening for player or dealer in an actual game are monumentally high.

I don't recommend that site to play. I was able to win small amount of money on this site I need to admit that but ever since all the promotions doesn't include me. In my opinion I'm not aloud to take part in any of the promotion as I have withdrawn my winnings. I asked once about the reasons of my exclusion but didn't get any answer on that question. Its a shame i have to leave Williamhill 1 star but heyho what ever it takes hay. They stole my money.

I opened an account deposited 50 euro, won 270.

After weeks and months of poor customer service and sending all my verification details on numerous occasions (Passport, licence, utility bills et.) they decided to suspend my account and failed to give any just cause.

Stealing money from punters. How an organisation can get away with it in this day and age is beyond me.
