Never more than what you have already lost.Then you carry on you loose it all… start again you will be winning but less than what you have already lost,and so on. RNG not random…they know how much you lost or won checking your account and they let you win or make you loose according with that. NO CHANCE!

Hi, I do not recommend WH to anyone, all the virtual games are a con. I've played on slots, virtual football, horses, roulette and blackjack where I can honestly say you have No Chance of winning anything worthwhile. Seems like they are rigged or just know where you put your money so you don't win and end up spending more thinking your due to win something eventually. Please please go to a proper casino if you want to gamble otherwise keep your money or spend it on something worthwhile if it's burning a hole in your pocket. I hope this gets through to at least 1 person.

Absolute criminals. Stay well away. You can have large percentage of the board covered on roulette and it can literally go 20 spins on the trot giving you no win. The odds of that actually happening are ridiculous so can only be a scam. If after 20 spins you win then it’ll just go another 10-15 with nothing. Should be investigated

Not worth one star, the Live Casino is CGI so your bets are controlled by same system that monitor your bets and after a bit of game play a few wins takes you to the cleaners, because they know we are addicts!

This Company went down the hill like no other. Being a member over 15 years. Once great products now turned into a total garbage. Players are heavily manupilated. Would honestly give 0 stars if I could.

Went to deposit from my Apple Pay and payment came up that there was a problem 5 times in a row. Logged o out the account then back in and all 5 deposits were there totalling £300. Realised what had happened and immediately withdrew the funds.

They then sent me an email requesting a list of documents they needed to see as a precautionary measure including front and back of debit card, drivers license, utility bill, bank statement and proof of address. I told them that I was not willing to send all these details over together due to data protection and was told I will not get my money unless I do!

They are now holding my OWN money to ransom so that they can have full details of my personal life which goes against all data protection policies.

Do NOT use this company as once you come to withdraw YOUR OWN money they will not release until they know your whole life.

Went to delete my card and there is no where to do this without going to deposit. This is a trick so people will be tempted to deposit more.

When you click to delete your card it just stays on processing but has the option to cancel deletion, so it is currently not possible to delete your card. I think preventing people from deleting cards is done deliberately to to keep people loosing money.

Another trick is the reverse withdrawal, to make people loose what they won.

Gradually become worst bookmaker

Used to find them the better of the main bookmakers but now a waste of time odds really poor bonuses way behind everyone else and the games terrible. Played there casino site for a few weeks, Not the best layout for roulette but OK. Playing away at scattered £1.00 bets until suddenly my winning streak comes to an abrupt end. A £20.00 spin jumps to £520.00 OMG.
My thoughts are that god knows how nut I clicked the £500.00 chip box displayed near the bet bar thus adding £500.00 to the £4.00 already on number 17 and not an extra £1.00 as intended.
On investigating after the spin there is no £500.00 chip option , Now the question is how did £504 get on number 17from one click. The answer is simple it cannot . William-hill no help. Bet was impossible to place under the circumstances yet they fob me off. Asked for the tec data and off to court.

Overall pretty generous when it comes to the bonus drop not like skybet where you win a 10p scratchcard once a week. Games are pretty decent too. I think I get too greedy and end up losing so that's my fault not William hills fault.

I've been playing the bonus drop everyday for weeks and the coin has consistently landed on the tick. Until recently where it has landed on the cross 4 DAYS IN A ROW! Clearly this is NOT random – postpone promotions if you can't afford to run them!

The bonus drop would give me a 90% winning drop with random offers since its launch up until Xmas I almost won everyday but for some reason it's sort of blocked me thereafter cos since having constant wins for about a year I've now got the cross EVERYDAY without fail for over 3 months in a row and when I asked them why this was happening and if they could reset my bonus drop they said it's totally random and everyday is as if it is my 1st day, absolute bull****, also, Scratch of the day is also insulting in the manner in which they'd have you believe you're choosing 1 in 4 in each of the 3 stages whereas the truth is it's preprogrammed depending on your activity, when I did once actually win a free bet the game crashed and when I got in touch I was told for technical issues I should try and scratch again later as they've technicians working on the problem, another time I fell asleep on sat night and on Sunday morning had about £170 in my account so I checked my bets and my Trap challenge had won the night before, I withdrew them funds and knowing that they were clearing into my bank within a couple of days I spent my bills money on some treats for the family but my money never arrived and they'd actually mis-settled my bet so they manually behind the scene reversed my withdrawal and then resettled my bet as a loser but never informed me of this and I was therefore left short for the month because of their error and mis-communication, If you don't also want these headaches then I'd advise you to stay away.

There is nothing random with their casino games… The win rates for william hill are always set in their favour.
Of course the house should have a certain win percentage, thats gambling but its set in an unfair way and who is actually regulating these games? its so blatantly fixed.
If you complain, you get given some script about RNG and regulations by commissions but its all a scam.
Ask for a bonus for being a long time member and you get all kinds of excuses why they cannot do it.
This coronavirus pandemic might actually open the eyes of the public about william hill and how they run things…. stay away from them and they WILL go out of business…. The shops are now closed, hopefully online will follow if we just ignore them and don't gamble.

This site has gone down hill very fast. Must have gone through 150 quid with .50p spins on 1 came in their casino tab. I counted 15 times I nearly got the bonus but it never came through. Majority of my "wins" we're 20p wins randomly splayed out in the game so youre constantly losing money. My BIGGEST win in £150 was £4.50! Whoopdiedoo. Customer services are very poor and only ever say "ITS RNG, SO YOUR OWN FAULT" but if it was TRUE RNG, I would have had 1 single (at minimum) win at a decent price, maybe £20 – £40. NEVER happened. You get better drop rates in a WoW dungeon, and thats saying something. Steer clear of William Hill and keep your money. They are dishonest scum. ‪They just scored a tennis match 1:0, 2:0, 3:0 in favour of a player that i betted on after he was up 1:0 @ 3/10 odds. I placed £54 to return £70 and after the bet had ended they took my money and said i lost. I contacted their customer services and they said that the opposite player won and i shouldn’t rely on their scores to be correct. ‬Right up until the last minute my cash out was £65 so it shows that my bet was winning by their system! So they switched it after the bet was over to say that I had lost. I’m absolutely furious! The one good thing that comes from William Thief dishonesty with the way they run their Vegas games etc is that I’ve just completely lost interest. Bored stiff with spinning and spinning and spinning for very controlled payouts making sure they stay well in profit. Nothing random about it. The way it was explained to me by an ex staff member was that if I had cards in my hand and handing out to a person who was betting on higher than a 7 or under, and I see first what he places his bet on and then I throw him the opposite so that he loses. But then every now and then throw a reasonable little win to keep his interest and keep him playing. So maybe take £80 slowly and then throw him back a £60 win where he feels good and that he’s just had a good win. But actually down £20. But continually playing him giving him a few wins but then making sure I get it back by throwing him losses on purpose. Totally rigged by conmen and making sure they win. NOT Random, obviously the odd person needs to have a big win to keep them able to say Look John won 15000.
100% rigged and no way of gambling commission working it out. They think it’s honest. Yes sure.
