This company should be shut down. All they did was take take take. When I said I was going to the gambling commission. They bribe you with small amounts of credit. Then when on live chat they admitted that there RTP was lower then stated. There is lots more sites out there. So don’t risk it. £2.5k and only got main feature once. On £1 stake.

William Thief continue to cheat blatantly on all their games. As mentioned by someone below, they pay out non random and according to what youve spent with them. Even their bonus drop promotion is the joke promotion of all time. I have now done the bonus drop in total 87 times and of these 87 bonus drops 4 have won. FOUR.
William Thief arrange for you to win a couple of wagering requirements miniature wins when you spend with them first. It is not random. Due to their conman tactics i no longer bet seriously with them. An ex employee of theirs would not say much but did say to me 'I cant say much but heres a suggestion, spend a bit more with them over a week and then monitor the raise in win percentage over various games. It is directly related '
They are thieves. I feel sure that if William Hill himself could some way come back and see what these muppets have done to his company he would get rid of all William Thief management and replace them with someone with at least one braincell.

A good site for sports betting in general and never really had problems with withdrawals other than the odd hiccup, but I warn you to stay away from the side games on the poker site, they are provided by Playtech software and are operated by RNG's. They are linked to your account balance and will let you win when your stakes are tiny but will rape you when you raise your stakes! I thought for a long long time that I was being paranoid, but eventually decided to test my theory out over a number of months and found it to be correct. Everything else is 7/10 though so I would advise opening an for sports betting.

Hi there… was wondering if anyone knows why I’ve been banned from William Hill promotions… they’ve just stated that there was activity on my account & that’s why they have banned me! I mainly use it for football betting and have a large selection of games but the problem is that when you try to cash out it wont let you but it will let you cash out without any problems as soon as the cash out value falls below that of your initial stake, which is highly suspicious, safe to say I'll be going back to coral

I have tried a number of other sites and keep coming back to WH. Yes, they have problems, as they all do, but the layout and ease of betting is second to none. Reading form is easy, colours there and just easy to use. American racing coverage is very good.

If your a poker player forget it if you expect a fair game forget it if you expect to win forget it if you expect to lose but at least have fun forget it. Expect to tear your hair out scream obscenities punch the wall and feel ill. It’s as bent as it gets, unless you get to the river with the absolute nuts you WILL lose every time and I mean EVERY time, it’s worse than playing a fruit machine it’s absolute scum.

Received some big wins from William Hill over the last few years, there promotions have gone downhill, nothing for Irish players, no more free bonuses, withdrawls never an issue though, always paid within the 12 hour period i will say,
3/10 for overall review

Are William Thief having a joke with their Bonus Drop promotion. Possibly 1 in 7 or 8 chance of winning and when actually winning it is one outcome Stake £10 on star ablaze and get FIVE free spins at 10p per spin and 40X WAGERING REQUIREMENTS. It has been going on for months and is on the William Thief homepage and their main promotion and that is the outcome everyday. Nothing 6 or 7 times and then possibly one of those great wins. 5 free 10p spins at 40 x wagering after you stake 10.

Do not use this company ever so I placed a bet on horse at Cheltenham and he's now been withdrew from the race so I expected this to be void like any other betting site have done. But no this scum website puts your bet as a loss and when you question them they become very rude and abusive even the manger was very rude telling me I need to learn rules before I open my mouth I have reposted them to the gaming commsion about this too.

OK website and app experience but they don't pay out when one player retires in tennis, even if at the point of retirement there's a clear winner. Just warning you as others like Ladbrokes do.

Additionally the loyalty 'The Bonus Drop' offer has changed since the glitch the other week. I won a £2 bonus, which I couldn't redeem due to a site error. They never offered the £2 bonus offer, and when they fixed The Bonus Drop they drastically lowered the chance of winning. I used to win about 80% of the time and it seemed fair and worth doing. Now I lose at least 50% of the time and it doesn't even seem worth it.

Becoming increasingly unhappy with william hill, I'd stick to ladbrokes, bet365, etc.

One of their counter staff in Belfast gave me less money back on a bet than my winnings. A few years later, they ripped me off again. The arrogant area manager appeased me, treating me like an fool. Her manager backed her… Not representative of the company as they wouldn't want this, but it happens, and continues to do so. Dodgy.

The only problem I have had is I have a winning bet on the football. I have now been waiting for nearly 2 hours and it still hasn't been settled. I went to the contact us page on the app and started a live chat only not to be answered they claimed that the average wait to talk to an agent was 5 minutes 50 seconds. I waited for over 20 minutes and had to disconnect as I have a life and didn't think I would get an answer. Customer service none existent.

Without a doubt the worst bookie site in history, I only play 2 slots with my own money, Gonzo's quest and bonanza, the biggest bonus win I've ever had was £21 compared to several other sites where I've had £300, £450 and £700 (approx). I also won* £1200 hourly jackpot from free spins on pirates plenty, the terms said it would be payed retrospectively, obviously being William hill they welched on it and gave me £20, even though they claimed the money from the gaming company and unbelievably they claim the losses* back on tax, thee most corrupt dishonest betting site in history, shameful.

I really wanted to give no stars. I’m having some really bad issues lately with trying to make in play bets they seem to have issues all the time and suddenly when the games over it’s back up and running and the chance to cover your bet on that game is all gone .it seems they have the power just to block you from trying to win any money that seems very unsportsmanlike hey but it is gambling and it seems there’s only going to be one winner there !!!!!! William hill. You can shove your betting up your backside I’ll find another company to gamble with there seems to be so many bad reviews and now I know why

I can not believe that there is so many bad reviews about WH. I am playing there more than year and i did many big withdraws and i never had any problem. Great choices of games, big table limits, great customer support. Definitely 5 stars!
Maybe only few minuses, Live roulette video lagging and site does´t work in some countries, need to use VPN.

Placed three ante post bets.Oak Park & Native River at the Cheltenham Festival, also Native River for the Grand National.
Three large bets lost due to WH ante post rules.Switching to Skybet as you get refunded your money when the horses are withdrawn.
You get slightly less odds ante post with Skybet but worth it for the non runner bet money being returned.

Betting on site is okay when you eventually manage to login as the login takes ages to appear. Just lost putting on a £20 double because I never clicked boost so the page went back rather than put the bet on. That and when the odds change just before a race are my two pet hates as you then have to click accept odds changes and by that time the race is off. It is best odds site so no need for this.

Worst customer experience ever. After years of playing at William Hill, depositing an average of £1000 per month and playing regularly, I am still no closer to being accepted to the VIP level. Instead I just get access to the 1 promotion that they offer, the bonus drop, which if you are lucky enough to win, gives a prize worth 50p, but only if you spend £5 on a game that you don't play. I have been told for months that they are introducing new promotions all the time and that my feedback will be passed to the relevant team, yet they are getting worse. I will no longer be depositing at WH. They have insulted me with their offers and stock answers too many times now. I hope that any other players in the same boat as me, join me in boycotting this joke of a site, maybe then they will realise that they need the customers more than we need them.

If you start winning money on WilliamHill (sports section), after some days, they add a limit to the stake you can bet on every games.
So in the end you can only end up loosing money on this website.

Joined up because of a bonus they was offering… it was 10£ Stake for 50£ Bonus and 100 free spins , did it all and took my 10£ within 3/4 mins… full 10£ was staked so went back to my home screen, no bonus!?

Looked at the offer again and tried to work it out , after 10 mins of trying to find out what was going on I found out that it was only on selected slots which was I thought ok that can’t be it until I read deeper in and you can only use 4 slot games they selected ? Bent as FK the poker isn’t even close to reality ace hits the flop at an alarming rate, pointless seeing a flop with suited connectors you won’t make a hand, players awful calling 5 bet shoves with KJ or QJ off (and getting there every time) sick and tired of it you can’t get a fair game anywhere, the FK’ed up thing is if one of these corrupt sites offered a fair platform players would join in there hundreds of thousands.

Please please please people do not go NEAR this company if you are considering opening an online account. I took advantage of a sign up offer and was "unfortunate" enough to win a few quid…..not a lot….and they suspended my account and refused to let me withdraw anything until I had provided 11…….yes…….11……forms of verification for my I.d. Even after doing this they would not open the account so I could place a bet but thankfully I was able to withdraw my money. As soon as I get it I will be closing the account. It should be noted that whole they needed 11 forms of I.D to verify the account I was still able to deposit funds……so they were happy to take my money but not let me bet with it or withdraw it……a shower of crooks

Rigged as hell, please explain William hill how a RNG can spit out an ACE on the flop 70% of the time through any sample size imaginable? There is nothing random about it ? All the cards through 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,J,Q,K,A should have an equal chance of hitting the flop ? This one simple example proves its absolutely not random, I’ve been playing on the site for only a week and I’m ready to quit.

So I recently received an email addressed to a 'Michael' that my new account from December, at William Hill Vegas has had a promotions ban for no apparent reason. (even though my name is Samantha)

I would like a viable reason for this ban as I have deposited as much as I have won and I have only used the bonus drop promotion which is offered to every other player. But me, now, it seems.

I think this is unfair and bad customer service practice as I have not won anything substantial enough for this ban. I have also deposited almost as much as I have won. I never even got to use my sign up bonus promotion before the ban. I have also not received any confirmation about what I have done wrong to implement this ban.

Personally, I have never upset any other sites and I haven't done anything wrong to receive this ban. It feels like they initially banned a Michael and then sent me an email saying 'sorry about the name change' but our previous email stands. It feels like they have picked my name out of a hat.

So for any new players out there do not use their bonus drop promotions as they will ban you and not give you a reasonable explanation as to why. The only explanation you will receive is managements decision is final and remains. It is ridiculous behaviour from a company and it proves to me that all these reviews, are in fact, correct. They make consumers feel like criminals even though you haven't done anything wrong. So as I didn't win anything big… Be very careful if you do as a promotion ban or account ban may be on its way to you!

Ok when i first joined william hill it was ok i was winning a little and getting good slots game play 2 years down the line and the is no joys of any winnings and playing the slots is just like watching paint dry . Ever since i closed account temporarily then reopened (reason i closed was i put bad offers), the daily drop promo has given me 10 days consecutively of no win..Their in play bets are a con, delaying on purpose and any accumulator actioned, if more than 2 selections, they automatically add a function of doubles and trebles so more bets are actioned against the users wish, their reply is check your bets..but on a mobile you have to scroll down the bottom thus losing time on prices…no other bet site does this..

FURY V WILDER 2 . I’m not a sore looser or am I a gambler In fact this was my first and only bet on any event in my 52 years ! I saw an add for the fury wilder 2 fight at 30/1 odds so I thought I will have a go at that so went to William hill site & signed up placed my £1 bet at 30/1 which HILL took . Having watched the fight & watched FURY win I thought that’s nice £30 win on my first ever bet 🎉 but unfortunately that was not the case . Even though they took the bet and it showed it was taken apparently I had to enter a discount code 🤷‍♂️So they took the bet with no mention of entering a code and after the fight it say the bet was VIOD for not entering the code . Should it not have said YOU MUST ENTER THE CODE BEFORE THE BET IS TAKEN ? Anyway it’s made me realise that it’s better not to gamble at all especially with these scammers .

Tried calling customer service owing to a fault with online site.. gave up after 20 mins on hold. I have a bet 365 account also, customer service with bet365 has always been 1st class. Not here to moan about win ratio as some others, i accept the risk on sign up, all I ask for is for a reasonable level or customer service when required.

All my custom will will be with bet 365 from this day forward.

Got to say, over the years I have held numerous online accounts with bookmakers. When I feel my custom is being taken for granted and I am not receiving the rewards, free bets, etc. that are proportionate to my bets/stakes, I close my account and go elsewhere.

My experience of WH is that they are the worst out there. If I bought a brand new car from a showroom and the salesman said I can’t give you any discount, nor an inflated price for your trade-in, but what I can do is give you a free furry dice, that is what WH have been like so far! It’s shocking.

To think they’ll earn millions each year in profits, you’d think they’d care more about retaining their customers. When you contact customer service all they say is too look out for promotions … blah blah blah.

I’ll soon be taking my custom elsewhere

Total bulls**t. Signed up, had bonuses and wins everytime I played for the first few weeks, one of £600!
It's been months since, with hundreds spent and not even had a win come anywhere near that figure. When a bonus or win does come in, their few and far between and barely give a tenner.
Avoid William Hill, it's daylight robbery. Choose a different site to gamble on

they need to do a free bet club like all others they seem to be behind with most things.
Offer all the footy accas u would want and more.
Shame there again behind we non runner no bet for likes of Cheltenham.
Plus cards a good feature if u want to deposit cash and withdraw cash from and to online.

JOKE OF A SITE, first few days of signing up I got win after win and the bonus drop gave me a win every time. Its now been months since I have had a win!!!
Had over 500 spins then finally got the second to top bonus it gave me 82.pence.
Almost impossible to win and certainly not random, just like their shop machines.
