I had an account and today tried to re reg it. Password reset was easy however as soon as I tried to deposit, they blocked my account.
Livechat agent 1: go through security, raise the issue, unblock account, log back in (lose chat) account still blocked
Agent 2: Exact same, account still blocked
Agent 3: timed out
Agent 4: timed out
Agent 5: Same except instead of asking me to log back in, demanded id documents and proof of address. I cancelled chat in rage
Agent 6: Same, this time I asked for email address to send docs to, have to wait for a ref number to quote to another agent
Agent 7: Docs received, sent to security team, (passport and most recent bank statement) Docs not acceptable as they are scans, not photo's.
Truly done with this sham organisation

Since william hill closed lots of shops the promotion have gone dry not a single promotion at william hill at the moment the bonus disk you can use 1 per day if you win on this its just simply a con

as you will still need to spend money to gain that bonus what is terrible such things like spend 10 pounds and get 5 free spins who oo we are amazed NOT. Winning has become impossible on any slots or slot games like 21 or black jack and this is since they closed lots of shops down and jobs lost.

Loosing william hill lots of cash funds . I did the same test for 1 week to the same out come just william hill was not producing wins at all . So i find this very strange as you would expect 1 win from the william hill slot machine but nothing

William Hills is suffering from death by a thousand cuts and most of them are self inflicted. In simple terms they have not evolved. The shops are tired and it’s clear they won’t be around in 5 years. Paddy Power blow them away in every aspect of bookmaking. The calibre of staff leaves a lot to be desired.

Love william hill..played on there few years now…have won on slots many times in games vegas and on casino..won must drop jackpot..won many a raffle…won in bingo main too..like at the races bingo it's my fave..not many sites do decent 40 ball bingo…easily done wagers on the many promos the site offers..played on sky paddy power buzz bingo but enjoyed william hill more than any of those…got a decent used car and went on holiday thanks to william hill..won one christmas and had the best christmas ever thanks to william hill….customer service always been fab if I have needed to use chat window they always sort things out and are polite

I am not a fan of bookies ! But this customer service has made WH my bettiNG choice! Customer service on messenger had my issue resolved in under 2 minutes and most of the time was just typing!! This would have taken 30+ min at any other bookie.

William hill has become the worse casino I've ever played with anyplace online, I've had my account with them for nearly 2 years and been a regular player on the casino and made regular deposits, I have constantly had to complain to customer service about a game on the casino about the wins to the amount I've staked and said to them about (unfair play) william hill disagree and I've constantly told them this does not happen on any other casino I've been a member on so why only on william hill, Also I was told by customer service the bonus drop on the casino was random when you spin it daily and each day for the past week I've recieved the same prize (staked 10 get 5 spins) I certainly wouldn't call that random, This casino over the past 10-12 months has shown me no incentive whatsoever to carry on playing with them.

I have used Hills a lot over the last 3-4 years, odds were never the best, but there were a few perks such as money back 2nd on some races, and the golden goal on big football matches, that softened the blow of losses a bit.

They seem to have made all of these offers available to the bigger punters only now, however, and said screw you to casual punters like me.

Why on earth would I stay with Hills now when I can get better odds at Bet365 and Coral. Bring back some decent perks and I'd be back Hills.

How is it possible to play slots for days to no wins what so ever but when playing at another online casino i do win . This is perhaps more OPTA's fault but still… yesterday's offer was Zaha to have 2 shots on target. He did have, one around the 55th minute and later he scored a goal. It got settled as a loss, so I called them up.

The customer service agent and I had a little chat… he said it was a cross, not a shot. I asked "was it deflected?" Him: no. I asked "if the keeper hadn't have saved it, would it have went in?" He said 'yes'. Well there's your answer! He said "no, it didn't look like it was hit with enough conviction". I am absolutely amazed they can get away with this level of corruption.

Furthermore, the highlights on YouTube don't have the shot/supposed cross included, all the reviews don't mention it and the shot/supposed cross is also missing from the commentary on Flashscore. I will never back a shots on target bet again, I will never back anything which is subjective. I think this is a scandal, to be honest. I watched the game and it was a clear shot on target from a striker in the area, for god's sake.

I really think this is irrefutable evidence for corruption in the industry. OPTA need to be held to account. I think that the betting companies are colluding with OPTA.

They are a diabolical company, clicked cash out on my bet and never got my winnings, went on live chat to be told I have to wait for a e-mail, got the e-mail 4 days later to be told I never clicked cash out, I know I did click it, they just try their best to stiff people out of their money! They were always one of my main bookmakers along with Paddy Power and Betfred, but now they have changed their Guaranteed Odds Policy, Its time to stick with Paddy Power. Guaranteed Odds only apply to bets placed the same day after 10am.

I will use Paddy Power as my main bookmaker now.

Just had my account closed to sports bets after placing 4 bets in 2 days all at 25p each way with an overall loss of 75p. Account closed by the sports trading dept apparently who will not elaborate as to why. I have now withdrawn the remainder of my money. I recommend anyone not to bother with them as there are plenty of other bookies out there willing have your business. Looks like they made a large loss to 1 Jan 19 – 716M on a t/O of 1621M, looks terminal especially if you don't want new customers.

i have had an online account for years today i placed a bet William hill excepted the bet the bet came in i watched the race 20mins later they returned my stake and said the bet was late ,that was rubbish ,they had the cheek to offer me a £50.00 free bet as a good will gesture i cancelled the account felt i was mugged never go back to them if they are short of a few bob they should say i would have lent them the money feel better i have cancelled my account with them better treated at paddy power

Well I'm not impressed. I placed 4 bets of 25p each way from opening the account (£2.00 in total) – BANNED! So I never actually won anything and made four losses and I've been banned. I did use an automated betting system with access to my account, however whey they would ban a bettor who's just given them £2 is beyond me. Not close the account but withdrew my remaining £18.

Do not go with William Hill. If you start winning they will restrict your account and make it virtually impossible to open it up with a ridiculous verification system. I've submitted my documents 4 times on chat and the security team NEVER emailed me back to inform me of failure. So I would have to go back on chat to ask why I wasn't reverified. Then they say they won't accept my Monzo bank account statement and that I need to provide a bank statement from another bank with deposits from William Hill in the last 3 months. Which is IMPOSSIBLE. William Hill make me want to kill myself. I still have a ton of money on the account.
