This really is rigged I just played over 2 hours and rebought chips 5 times and done the add on and just watched my chips dissappear, there wasn’t one hand I could have won,, not a single hand.Daily free tournament was slightly better but it doesn’t seem to matter what cards you get it’s the seat or the player that wins it doesn’t matter if you have 72 os if the computer wants you to win then you will.It’s not random at all or I would win more often and it’s nothing like real life play at all, that’s how you can tell over time when it’s always the same numpty playing like a donkey that wins. Asked to provide id proof of address pictures of bank card then transferred repeat procedure then saying photo is blurred then asked to provide bank statements surely there is a law against this just go to your local bookmakers not WH absolutely disgraceful behaviour .

This sports book is here to screw over its users. Nevada keeps a monopoly against other online sportbooks and corners the market so they can make terrible rules. 4 leg SGP was placed and a player on the ticket was ruled out prior to the game starting. Bet showed pending the entire game. I assumed the bet would be good to go minus the one voided leg. The bet won on all the legs. The bet was void after the game due to the one leg being voided. I was screwed out of 500 dollars. This sportsbook will find a way to screw over its users. Do Not Use. I will be taking my business elsewhere after speaking with staff they could not do anything due to a terrible “house rule”.

Awful, fraudulent company. I have had my account and followed their rules. But I tried to log in today and was told I’m locked out. Spoke with Mavi and supervisor Ralph. Neither gave me a reason for it. They just told me management decided to close my account. Other companies give you a reason. “You broke rule X” or “We found suspicious activity”. Not this company. They refused to give a reason. Just telling me it’s closed and I can’t get my account back or try to defend myself. I don’t know what they think I did wrong but I had read their T&C’s and I hadn’t done anything wrong. Now they’re making me jump through hoops to get the money in my account. I’m 99% sure they will keep it for themselves and tell me “we’ve made the decision to keep the funds. You won’t get a reason why. It’s just our decision. GFY” They are an unfair group of liars. I’ve never had worst customer service and I’ve been to shops where the staff are teens who hate you and hate being there. They were better than these people. I can’t get over how they just expect you to accept “we decided to close your account. Not telling you why. Bye” it’s so unprofessional. If you’re thinking of trying this company, don’t bother. They will happily let you deposit funds but don’t expect them to give it back when they decide to randomly close your account for no reason.

Live chat is awful. Just terrible. You get put through to a bot who doesn’t help and ends the conversation. This happens twice. Then when you ask to speak to someone real, the bot doesn’t understand. Five minutes later it gives up and finally puts you through. The actualy person is almost as bad and gives you a copy/paste response before ending the conversation again.I just wanted to know why I was being shown that there’s a new bonus drop game only to be told I’m ineligible when I click on it. I would have been fine with a straight answer, but now I’m so fed up that I’ve withdrawn my money and am going to be taking a time out or self-excluding for a while.

Let you deposit as much as you want…. Then start to get concerned when you wish to withdraw. They, like the rest, should do all checks they deem applicable / necessary before any deposits rather than making life difficult when you want to withdraw. If they were genuinely concerned about where your funds were coming from, they’d enquire before depositing… not at withdrawal stage.

I recently had a ten game accumulator all be successful but received only my stake back. The reason being it was an original eleven game accumulator but one game was postponed due to rain an hour before kick off The bet was an enhanced offer. I contacted them and reply was you have limited access to some of our promotions due to our Safer Gambling commitments.They let me deposit money and pay for spins but those they give customers for free i can no longer get. Horrendous company and app. Should have closed my account a long time ago. Issues from being offered cash outs but not being able to take them were blamed on a “malfunction”. Casino game payouts are horrendous compared to other apps and now I am no longer allowed to participate in their daily bonus drop (presumably because I have spend limits set on my account). They are not interested in anything more than getting as much money out of you as possible, as proven when they didn’t honour the cash outs I was offered a couple of years back. Plenty of better companies out there.

Been a member for years. Mainly play bingo, occasionally other games. Never placed bets unless they were free. Not a big spender but still a loyal customer until now. So imagine my surprise when I find my access to free promotions is suddenly restricted, funnily enough not long after a withdrawal. The reason- some garbled nonsense about responsible gambling yet I can still deposit!? Their customer service is pathetic and I won’t be giving them my money in future. After not receiving my £30 sign up bonus I contacted support. Overall it was terrible. Took over an hour, was transferred to numerous people, lost contact and was back to the Chatbot again. So 1 star for that.However, my 5 stars are for Daniela who was able to sort out my account and reinstate my free bets when no one else could. Thank you Daniela

William Hill have placed limited access to the promotions page on my account preventing me from accessing any promotions which are usually available free of charge. They allege to have placed this restriction on my account in line with their safer gambling commitment. This I find ridiculous given the fact that I am still allowed to deposit and play my own funds but not allowed to play free promotions 🤣. I was put through to the same supervisor on 2 occasions and he ended the chat both times before I had chance to respond even though he had not resolved my issue.

awful app and user experience, had 11 player shots on target tonight across 3 games. With 60 mins played I had 9 out of 11 should have been green williamhill had 3 registered shots on target on my coupon. Soon as the games ended all the stats updated and sure enough 9 of them turned green. Some nice features have been added ro the wh betbuilder that’s why I used them instead of skybet tonight. Randomly in February of this year I could not log into my William Hill account. For months I contacted WH and was given the same bull**** answer. Here we are 7 months later and I chased them once more to see what the hell was going on. No longer could they say the same excuse of “Your account is being routinely reviewed”.Well imagine my surprise when I receive a blunt response back saying my account will remain closed and this is “non-negotiable”. So basically they have closed my account which was in good standing, for ABSOLUTELY ZERO REASON, and then do not even tell you about it. Apparently this is a business decision by WH. I fail to see how closing loyal customers accounts randomly without reason or explanation is anything but incompetence and pathetic. Great way to treat their customers. Luckily I am a member of another bookies and thank god. I am glad I will not give another penny to WH when they treat their customers like garbage and randomly close peoples accounts.
