It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc – the licencing authorities also don’t seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos – you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don’t pay me out) player’s winnings.

Update update update, found my passport still waiting on my account to be unlocked!!!!!! Opened my account verified using a. Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn’t completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn’t good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn’t waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out

Don’t bother – if you have a profitable account they will simply stop you winning more than £0.01 on any bet.You are guaranteed to lose on this site.Use Betfair Exchange instead – if you win they’re more than happy to let you carry on betting.Same goes for sister site Sportnation.

Please avoid to open account or deposit in fun88 at any cost. They claim that they are leaders in betting industry but they will not give a single penny.I have opened account 6 days back and deposited 25k. My user id is piyush2038. On 30th may i have submitted a request for 50k withdrawl. Till 2nd june morning, customer chat giving assurance that it will process soon ( means i have not received funds till 3rd day of withdrawl). On 2nd june evening they have locked my account and aksed bank statements, adhar card with selfie, pan card, driving license which i have provided. Today they are saying that they have permanently blocked my account due to violated of terms and they have forfeited all available fund and pending withdrwal. After requesting many times, they simply tell that company decision is final.No betting company forfeited funds without any strong reason. They are cheates, frauds, they are only taking money from customers. I am helpless now. If anybody is ready to fight with this company then i am also ready. I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swift’s, 2 different bank accounts. You name it I’ve tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. I’ve given various documents, which didn’t get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!

So I tried my hand in online gambling, because casino’s are still closed.First few withdrawels and deposits no problem. But when i won 1000% of my orignal deposit, they wanted documentations. After sending them more private information, they still closed my account and gave me back my deposit.If you are going to close my account and scam me out of my money, don’t ask for more private info. Just tell me you don’t want to pay me and can get away with it because you are based in another country. At least that way I won’t have a bad aftertaste in my mouth knowing these scammer got all my private info…And no, costumer service does not help me even after dozens of e-mails.My advice guys, is to wait for proffesional casino’s to open again in your area. If I could give these a zero then I would. Please don’t waste your money. They will refuse to give you your winnings after making you pay to withdraw and then lie to you afterwards about the status of it. They seriously don’t know what they are doing and the customer service advisors will happily disconnect if you try and resolve problems. I was told that my withdrawal had been processed from one advisor and then 5 minutes later told by a different one that I needed to send in My bank statement ! Last review here as i closed my account, don’t go here if you want to live bet either, all live betting goes off daily for hours at a time, i threw 200$ dollars on and couldn’t even bet on what i wanted to bet on because of the live betting, just closed my account afterwords.i suggest sticking with more well known websites like bet365.

By some margin the worst bookkeeper I have dealt with. I registered, placed a bet and lost. Then didn’t access my account for a week. After a week I placed some bets and won. That appears to have been where I went wrong. One is allowed to bet but not to win. The same day that I had my wins I had an email asking for proofs such as bank statements. Within a few hours of this my account was blocked and I could no longer access it in any way. When I asked why, I was told it was because I failed to answer within 24 hours. In fact I had answered after about 22 hours but whether it was 5 minutes or 5 days, there was no need to block my access to the account. I have been restricted in stakes before with other bookies. Had to jump through hoops to make a withdrawal with some. But never blocked like this. I have spent 2 weeks trying to resolve the situation. Sent many emails, predominantly to their escalations team. Still no joy. I heartily advise you to avoid this company.

I tried to deposit 500 one did not get money in the account but deducted from the bank. talked to their customer service who said i got the money back after a short time as this was a bug in their system therefore tried again and problem came again. I am now missing 1000. and mobilebet says they are on the case but after 4 months I still have not got my money. stay away from this company and their incompetent employee.
