I can no longer bet on a horse to place at tote odds. They have become increasingly ridiculous. A 4/1 winner pays £1-10p the place,that’s the same odds for a 1/3 favourite placing. Hardly anything pays the equivalent to 1/4 or 1/5 the odds,something needs to be done about it.

Opened account 3 weeks ago and never had a problem albeit getting verified is a pain but most bookmakers now do proper checks . The site is basic but if you just want to bet on sports it’s fine ,Only problem I find is when placing lucky 15s or patents it only gives you a max exposure so then I have to reduce the stake on my bet not a big deal as I usually loose any way ????I have found no issues whatsoever with payouts ? the withdrawals are brilliant I have withdrawn sometimes and it’s back in my bank within few hours which I love .no problems using site for me ?

So far so good…I opened an account with them tonight…lodged 50 euro and got a bonus stratight off of 50 euro….I put a few euro on ice hockey and left the site open in the backround and I got a message….”reality check”….you have been online for x minutes…so far positive experience…and it seems a decent site in terms of usability…

Recently used won 1000+ once , second bet coudnt cash out since it was perma blocked and nothing was happening had alredy 7 wins and 2 left to go , CANT EVEN CASH OUT i belive they are doing it on purpsoe and they are scammers, AVOID you will never cash out it sooner .Aswell tragic customer support and behaviour never helps plenty of problems site is lagging aswell.

Tote is doing what Tote has always done so you can’t grumble about ‘best odds guaranteed’ or taking an early price. Tote will never be beaten on SP which is fair enough. What gripes me a bit is the place returns – you could have a winner at 10/1 which would pay minimum £11 to the £1 stake but the place part might only pay £1.30 to a £1 stake. Tends to be always a lot less than SP place odds.

I’m not sure, why there are so many bashers of Sportingbet. How many sportbooks has that cash out feature, if you do change your mind, cancel, won’t lose any money. The odds, prices are super fair, buying points, if your a serious player, Sportingbet has to be one of your outs. It seems all these bashers are the bonus whores, people that don’t fulfill their rollovers. I would recommend to not have these issues, ask questions, online chat, always accessible during day, and make sure before you send money verify your account.

Don’t deposit any money you will not get it back! I signed up and received an email saying ‘Congratulations you’re fully verified. You can now deposit and withdraw funds as well as play and bet across all our exciting games and sports’. So I placed a bet with the welcome offer and won £20.50. I had an email the day after saying I wasn’t fully verified and they needed to be sent personal documents. I then tried to withdraw the money and they will not let me or even give my deposit back until I send these ‘personal documents’. Customer Service fobbed me off and so I closed my account and accepted the loss. DO NOT USE!

This is an awful company it shouldn’t allowed to operate. They are racists and discriminate customers. I created an account, deposit funds, send my documents, verified my account and placed a bet. After 2 or 3 months that I wasn’t betting at all I logged in my account and I received an email from them that they wanted to know how much money I could afford to spend, time I spend on gambling, where I find the money to gamble. I answered. They demanded my bank statements and restricted my access to my account. I send everything to them and they came back to me:Dear Dimitrios, I regret to inform you that Fun88 have decided to close your account. Their customer service is non existent. You send an email and are lucky to get a response at all, certainly not on a time frame to resolve any issues. They have no Ap and their golf markets are very misleading, always defaulting to “outright” markets that are the most lucrative for them (e.g. you think you are betting on the outright of a golf market but it defaults to a “six shooter”. I would strongly advise anyone not to open an account with them as there are far better alternatives which thrive on customer service and experience

Crap customer service. Placed a couple of bets with them. Won some money and went to bet on my team for this weekend. I was told I could only bet 87p. Went on live chat they said it was a tech error and they would get it fixed. I then received an email saying I was banned under their sites terms and conditions. Megan then sent me a link to their entire terms and conditions (there’s a lot). Without actually pointing me to what I’ve done wrong. Might as well not bothered to respond to me. Oh well. I’ll take my custom back to proper bookies. Since they can’t be asked to explain stuff properly. Not the end of the world cause I’m not much of a gambler but don’t appreciate rubbish customer service. i enjoy the occasional bet especially during lock down. I opened a game account for Betclic earlier this week. I did everything as requested i.e. I registered, I verified my account via email, I sent my document successfully. I won and tried to cash out 580 euros. The repatriation should have been completed by Betclic within 48 hours. However, this did not happen and at 60 hours I asked for the last time why my repatriation is still waiting in the state. Mr Green is a flashy and attractive casino site that draws you in. I won significantly less than I would expect off the slots and realised this was a bottomless pit I wouldn’t waste any more money on.I was disgusted that Mr Green charges you just to withdraw your OWN money. No other site I use does such a thing. I would recommend sticking to PokerStars at least they don’t try this underhand tactic.

My husband has been trying to withdrawal his money since October 2020, when he received an email saying UK sites were no longer going to be able to bet with them. His account was verified but he was asked to send a picture of himself with his passport. This he done but told not clear, he has spoken to 9 people on chat, one person 3 times, they say his picture isn’t clear and they cant read his passport. Well he and I can read it on my phone! Recently opened an account with Tote and was very lucky and had a good win. I was worried to get excited in fear it would not be an easy process to withdraw with being so new to the site.. but after quick email correspondence regards ID documents required to withdraw the money was in my account days later.All people I dealt with on the site were very friendly and quick to respond to me. By far the best customer experience – highly reccomend!

Closed my account, didn’t notify me and didn’t return my stakes. I hadn’t done anything untowards, my account was verified. When questioned they said it was within their terms to be able to terminate my account. Transparency is key, no reason and no notification. They would have kept my money but I’m currently pursuing them and will be reaching out to the gambling commission. Avoid these and bet with more reputable bookmakers.

You can’t take a price so you only get what the horse returns no best price guarantee which gives this bookmaker a huge advantage. I started with £20 today and also deposited £20 on another bookmaker and placed the same bets on both sites just to work out if there was a difference on the other site I was able to take a early price on five selections I backed the same five horses on the tote site I got very lucky and got three winners. So I made a profit on Both sites Tote balance after all bets payed out £47.50Other bookmaker after all bets payed out. £91.75 That’s huge won’t be betting here anymore

No response via email,seems very odd to me that these rude,racist fools are allowed ny managers to say and do whatever they like. Dreadful customer service, and they are liars!!! Complete and utter liars. The beauty of this is that in my case, they were tripping over their own lies in e-mails they sent to IBAS.

In a nutshell, they upped sticks closed my account and were hoping I would disappear and they could have my £££. Not so. I pursued them directly (lies and lies followed). They claimed not to have received e-mails on one hand yet acknowledged receipt in others.

If they have withheld your £££……. be persistent, contact IBAS (betting complaints commission) and eventually you will be rewarded.

My advise – for those who have accounts … close them and take your money out. There are huge numbers of complaints regarding Winner and withholding funds.

Shocking customer service trying to get through the ID process is a thankless task!

I spent 2 days sending then never ending photographs of personal information of which I thought was accceptable as advised by customer sevice.Still to no avail!

Lack of communication between departments is incredible and just designed to stop u getting your winnings back to your bank!

In the end lost the 250 winnings which would of been transfered back to my bank had I been allowed to do so!

DON'T touch this website with a barge pole!!

This must be illegal – claim that you can't take any money out if you have not utilised the bonus requirements.
I deposited £200 and received £200 bonus.
I was happy to withdraw my original £200 and forgo the bonus but this was not allowed.

Don't bother joining with these jokers if your planning to use there bonus! It's more or less a scam as you will be unlikely to withdraw your money at any time! But there more than happy for you to deposit money! I deposited £50 and received a £50 bonus. But the catch is you have to wager over £1500! Which is a huge amount for such a small bonus! But then you also have to do that in 14 days to withdraw any cash. They don't mention the 14 days bit when advertising there bonus you have to look deep into there t&c's to find that. I'd been very lucky and won a few decent size bets and I'd placed at least one bet each day since taking the bonus. I'd won a few lost a few but had £288 in my account which they have now stolen out of my account as the 14 day period is up and I'm left with £0. To meet there requirements within 14 days it's almost impossible which they know and is why they impose this time limit so they never have to pay out! Stick with the more reputable bookies at least you know where you stand with them! SCAMMERS STAY CLEAR!

Be careful. I opened an account with £200, I was then given a "Bonus Bet" of £200. Once using this bonus bet I was told that I could not take any winnings out unless I wagered £3200. This is shockingly a trick to get customers trapped. Once I complained I was told it was in the "terms and conditions". There are terms and conditions and then there are UNFAIR terms and conditions. Communication with helpdesk is like talking to a robot, standard non-helpful answers. After finally agreeing to cancel my bets I am now told it takes 3 working days to validate and then another 7-10 working days to take my money out. Ouch.

After using another site for a few years, I recently switched to sports.winner.co.uk and found it so much faster and easier to navigate around the sports pages and the prices are updated very quickly. The site is kept very simple, which is probably why it's so quick.

I would recommend this site more than other other, the help/support are very quick to respond as well. Very easy to use!
