They changed the form for bank withdrawal transfer.Saying I need a 6 digit number to withdraw even though in New Zealand our banks don’t have that. We have SWIFT. So Woo casino cancel my withdrawal 8 times, telling me to try this and try that. But never had the intention of paying. They say the bank won’t accept payment but this is bull shit cause I spoke to my bank on three separate occasions and they get this shit from casinos more often than not . The casino sends them money with no option for the bank to accept it (it should have an accept or decline but they don’t give them an accept option) leaving them with no other choice but to send it back.
