Awful! Deposited made a withdrawal been stuck under pending hours verification been approved yet account is restricted and withdrawal still pending being told to wait again 24-48 hours for the team to AGAIN manually approve verification when it’s been done. She had to do the verification before she could withdraw,that’s fine.She gave everything they asked for and now they want previous documents from the 1970s to show her surname change when she first got married. Worst casino ever – avoid at all cost!Not good at all. I spent over £1000 at £3 per spin. Managed to stack up the bonus pot to 10x. However from there not even 1 bonus spin there after an additional £3k spent @ £3 per spin always comes in with 2 bonus symbols but never the 3 – ironic really since you spend £1k getting the bonus to 10 x payout but never the bonus comes in after that. 100% fixed, altered spins on here! My fault and I should have read the 1000’s of really bad reviews about this site before I played! Lesson learned! I really hope after you reading this review will stop you making the same mistake I made – spend your money elsewhere, it’s no good at Yeti Casino. This lot do not ask for documentation which I thought was now a legal requirement for playing. As others say, shocking payouts. Staked around a grand plus winnings on a game called Buffalo king megaways. Got feature rounds only about ten times. Biggest win was around 8£. No decent returns in regular play either. Not saying this casino is a scam or rigged but I have my suspicions. I do not recall being offered to set any deposit limits either. Dangerous place to play. Like the player who commented earlier I too started to kind of accept losing as I was collecting stats on just how bad the slot was. I have done this at other casinos and none of them have came close to appearing as fixed as this one. I have never lost cash so quickly either. It’s time the govt. I think it’s always vital to write positive reviews and not just the negative. Yeti…. So far great experience, withdrawal not quite instant but I’ve got mine through again in less than 24 hours so that’s impressive enough for me. I won’t drag this out. I’m not bitter, I’m not a bad loser and I understand that online gambling brings wins as well as losses. Yesterday morning, when I made a deposit my account was frozen for a short period whilst I was asked about my employment and income. As soon as I completed it your system decided to override my existing deposit limit of £200 a day and set a £3000 a month limit which enabled me to deposit far more. I was making withdrawals so it didn’t seem to be so bad but since their Safer Gambling staff member, Luke, brought this to my attention in an email this morning, I realised what had happened. I also had tried to change back to my daily limit and increase it slightly to £300, it didn’t work. The point is that even if I had requested an increase, it should not have activated until 24 hours later. Under no circumstances can a deposit limit increase before 24 hours. Although the overall limit is lower, I was able to deposit up to £3000 in one day rather than the £200 – this should NEVER have been allowed to happen. I in fact deposited £1,100 and thought this was because it was a loss limit rather than deposit limit (some companies allow customers to continue depositing beyond their limits if they have already withdrawn and are ‘up’). I have been on the live chat with their safer gambling team and explained that whilst I understand what happened, you will need to refund me the amount above the £200 limit for the day which is £196.80. I deposited £1,100 on September 6fth and withdrew £703.20 and my losses should not be over £200 since I shouldn’t have been able to deposit more than that. Anyone who knows about the UKGC rules will understand that this refund must be processed by law. As I explained to them, I have even had a case of a company spotting this happening themselves with them and refunding it willingly before emailing me informing me of what had transpired. Instead of admitting being at fault and agreeing to issue a refund, these morons keep insisting my limit was decreased! So answer this, could I have deposited over £200 yesterday if this hadn’t have happened?

I played the one slot I play on every site on this trash site and it gave me 39% RTP for over £600 of play actual cash loss play – probably barely scraped £1000 of stakes for that £600. Utter garbage, their promotions don’t work and even when they do, the wagering is 40x so impossible to complete when games play this poorly.I’m absolutely disgusted, a 94.05% RTP slot paying out at under 40%! Awful, do not bother. They don’t tell you before you deposit money they will do a load of ridiculous id verification checks that take days to do and then request more documents then it’s another couple of days, during which you cannot even withdraw the funds you have deposited let alone use them. My experience at Yeti Casino was actually pretty good, I deposited large amounts and luckily managed to build up ££££s.I wasn’t verified during the deposits however upon withdrawal i was asked for documents – Bank Card, Utility Bill, Face ID and Personal identification. I submitted these and was instantly verified. My withdrawal was being processed for a few days as they had to manually check them as well as the system. I then contacted support as a few days had passed and asked for update on verification and they said my bank card was refused. This was a little odd as it said I was verified but when you actually click it it can take you to the process again and tell you you have been rejected. Strange..I uploaded more clear pictures of my card and still rejected i then contacted yeti on the live chat and they were very supportive and told me to send my card to their support email which I did.I then decided to read the reviews on the site, where I came across this trust pilot and seen it averaged 1 star… I kind of lost hope at this point as they all stated it was a scam site.I actually read all 100+ reviews as I had some free time and came across a 2 star review which gave me hope. They gave me a timeframe of 24-48 Hours.24hrs later I received an email stating I had been verified and then the funds were paid about 1 hour after that email of the verification.Had it been less stressful I would of gave 5 stars.Would I use this casino again I’m not sure…But I can say it is legit if you have all your documents.I had fun anyway and was very patient.Thanks for the money.
