Absolutely appalling service from this Casino. Tried to make a withdrawl for the last 7 days and each time it’s rejected. Yeti casino paid a few times and then one day decided they needed four different forms of identification from me , they have withheld withdrawal , once placed back to available balance I had requested a account closure they will still be keeping available balance funds although legit casinos will put available balance into customers account,I informed them I do not own photo id or pay bills as living with parents and had suggested return deposit , that is also refused, if you 100% don’t have identification don’t play with this site because they will verify you until it suits them, I would also suggest any person’s playing with these that they make sure they haven’t sold your identity as they are asking for a suspicious amount of identificationAlso usually casinos have people reaching out responses on their trustpilot account and as you can see this isn’t the case with yeti-unknownnreah

SCAM will lock your account when you have won ask you to prove identification again so that it takes additional days to recieve your money not with 24 hours like they claim, very rude staff who do not help at all, a small team of 14-15 people but claim they can’t do anything!!!!

I should have really read these reviews first… They have a promotion, free spins etc. for Book of Dead or Admiral Nelson. I wanted to play Book of Dead but it won’t open at all, keeps giving me Hardware Acceleration disabled. All these reviews are hilarious. My own experience is far from what is written below. My account has been active for years and it’s always been seamless with withdrawals. In fact the money is in my account within an hour. I’ve won ££££ with them and not once has it been withheld.

Worse casino I have ever played on I’ve deposited £300 or more and won £1000 and tryed to withdraw it and they told me to verify my account witch I did but because I used my brother’s bank card to deposit they told me to send his details too but he had no photo I’d so I had to give him £100 to buy one online so we up loaded it and they declined my withdrawal and closed my account said it’s against there terms and conditions 3rd party deposit we’ll why the f##k ask for my brother’s id to verify the account then block it and decline my withdrawal bunch of scamming c##ts avoid at all costs 😞😞

Had a substantial win but also deposited a lot so overall a ‘respectable’ win really and a fair and honest/open review here taking all into account:customer service 5*-brilliant servicevariety of games 5*-great selectionwins 3-4*-fair and like other sites reallyverification -0* and zero if possible-absolutely awful, extremely stressful process and worrying re amount of info/documents requested and repeat requests for same info, awful beyond words sadlywithdrawal time -0* and zero if possible-takes a very long time to get winnings and majority of other sites so much better for this, very poor and again very stressful If the 0*/zero * issues can be improved then this would be 5* site but until this improves will use and recommend other sites going forward as the issues on this site far outweigh the great stuff sadly and really not worth the stress

I was allowed to deposit twice and play for an hour or so, until I won a bonus and then my account was locked before I got to play the bonus. They said it was related to my Gamstop registration, which is fair enough, but why can they take 2 x £100 deposits and then lock the account when the wins are coming in. Don’t play at this casino, seem like a bunch of scammers to me, with really bad licencing, and they don’t follow the rules

Super bad customer service, chats get closed if you don’t reply in 5 seconds. They take the money right away but will take days to pay it and sometimes even that fails multiple times. Yeticasino keeps blaming trustly on this even if you don’t use trustly and it works on other casinos. Avoid this scam site at all costs

I joined yeti casino and placed a bet on football at decent odds compared to other betting sites, I withdrew 1050 and played the remaining 50 on slots which won absolutely nothing! The day after withdrawal I was asked to verify the account which took about 30 minutes then waited another day for withdrawel to be processed, payment reached my account same day! I will definitely use again to place bets but would rather go elsewhere for casino.

Well my yeti casino experience started off well I had a 3,000 win no problem they paid this into the account i had registered and deposited with. However further down the line I changed my bank card I made 3 deposits and then tryed to withdraw but they want u to upload the bank card to prove its you even tho the name is the same…same address ect.In the meantime you carry on gambling the money you Would have cashed out. There absolute scammers in my opinion they make it awkward at any opportunity to stop you withdrawing your winnings. No other casino operates in this way.No thanks yeti I will be closing my account. Same issues here… very easy to deposit money and play but if you win they aren’t keen on paying out. Tried to withdraw via Apple Pay which was how I deposited the money initially. 24 hours later it was declined. I then had to provide passport & utility bill and tried to withdraw again as account was then verified. 48 hours later it was declined. I then had to submit a PDF of my bank statement showing the deposit to Yeti including the date which I submitted again. I then phoned them on several occasions as the account status kept switching from verified to not verified. 48 hours later account was verified again and funds were withdrawn. It took over a week and a load of hassle to withdraw £60Don’t bother!!

After a heck of a struggle and sending a ton of id your ac may get verified, but to no avail because they make excuses like technical errors or they don’t accept mastercard, say to withdraw in bitcoin etc. They say withdrawals take up to 36HRS, they always fail and reject them. After one week i never got my withdrawal, i put in a withdrawal request x4 times, all rejected even though i had an available balance and fully verified member, they keep your deposits and winnings, a fake, rigged system, promises of prizes etc. Scam casino, contact no. at wepage is not in service, live chat is bots, generic email replies, is bots too. I typed in my password wrong due to my keyboard being on caps, they refuse to allow me to use temporary validated police clearence certifide document as well as a photo of me holding my id. In South Africa home affairs is going a bit slow with id cards which i explained to them. They then followed on by telling me i have a gambiling addiction, guys i dont even play high volumes of money i play cause its entertainment for me. I would never recommend Yeti to anyone. For some reason you can only withdraw one amount at a time, alot of people use withdrawing as an escape to avoid gambling to much, also on the roulette your win doesnt go to your balance so you keep having to refresh your page, which is so stupid.
