Never had a problem with this company until 2 weeks ago I had a glitch with live blackjack, somehow i had played a game Which i didnt and money has been taken from my account, each time i log back in the system says i have an unfinished game, go back in and nothing.Now i informed customer service, given them my explanation and included screen shots etc etc but Was told it's been escalated to the technical department and they will reply when they have checked things out,Have a time frame? No they said.Are we talking about days? months or even years? Cant give an answer they said.So when they want things from customers we have to give to them straight away, but but there's an issue then sorry we get back to you when we can???They Either have incompetent staff or they trying to make up an excuse of trying to not fix this problem and ofcourse not return funds back to me.I have contacted Ibas to help me with my cause and deal with such a lousy company.Stay away and if you can don't gamble full stop.Update : I had a small problem with a withdrawal with another site named 888 casino. My withdrawal was pending, spoke to them via live chat, was told they informed the relevant department and next 10 mins the money was back into my account. Efficient service, problem sorted. ZETBET Needs to learn a thing or two here.
